Hi Native2PS, Yes!.. in fact I'm in the process of installing one now. This topic has been discussed in several threads in this forum but this link is probably the most complete on information.

FYI: You don't have to limit your selection to the Nissan family of mirrors. There are a lot of mirrors Homelink / Compass mirrors on eBay. (dealers pulling them from cars because a buyer but most pulled from salvage vehicles.)

The three things to be aware of when buying a generic Homelink mirror... 1) The shape/style of the mounting tab on the windshield and 2) The color of the LED's in the compass display if you want that option and if you want the color to match the orange color of the Rogues instrumentation. 3) Make sure the mirror "include" the wiring harness. (buying a harness at a different time does not guarantee the pin outs will be correct for the mirror you purchased and you could fry the mirror)
Also... if you decide to get one with the built in compass I would highly recommend you look for a Gentex Model 453. Here are some great tips offered by Wemblysells.

I have purchased several Homelink mirrors off Ebay from both
sales-at-dnd-enterprises and wembleysells
Both are Top Notch sellers with great communication and will work with you after the sale. I've done the most work with Dave of sales-at-dnd-enterprises. He even built a custom mirror for me so the compass LED color would match the interior coloration lighting of the Rogue.
Here's another helpful thread from this forum if you decide to do-it-yourself. (i.e. How to remove the old mirror)
