TheseOld RX7GTU with an s5 TII swap

10th anni. Turbo II same motor that was in above vehicle

To this..

Im going to miss the rx7, hopefully in the future i can pick up another one, and do it the right way. With EMS and real tuning. But for now im in the nissan world. So how do you make these cars look good? :p. Its an LE model, Kosai k1's, 136k on the chassis and motor, power windows, power steering, sun roof thing, injen intake, welded the diff at the shop the other day. Its probably going to stay this way for quite a while haha. A good friend of mine has a silvia front lying around he might let me throw on, so that'd be cool. We'll see though.

sorry about the loss of the rx-7, great car.

i recommend restoring the car to its original "as new" condition, mechanically and cosmetically. its really hard to beat the oem style when you have things like a nice set of wheels and an aggressive stance.

I was going to, but I needed a running car. So I made the trade. Its a fun car to drive, very fun. Ill have another one later in the year, but im not keeping it rotary this time. 5.7 time

Don't worry so much about the Silvia front end, if you want a solid drift platform start with a good rear end. There is a wicked article on s15 helical lsd floating around. Clutch type would be the best but its also double the price. Granted im sure you know all of this already but i dont know how prices for RX7 parts are compared to S13 part prices.

Does your 240 have any sort of A/M suspension?

As much as I hate welded diffs, i welded it last week. Im prepping for an event this sunday here in orlando. Its got kyb agx's and eibach springs. Simple bullcrap set up. Ill be purchasing some BC racing coilovers soon. But for now that'll have to do. But thanks for the advice

And as far as the silvia front, i got a killer deal, i paid about 80 bucks, for a hood, bumper, and projectors with corners, all I need is fenders

Blown side seal, just couldnt find the time and money to rebuild it AGAIN. Ill be rotary again some day though.
