now that we have all of you in this thread, i can make awesomely nerdy white guy jokes that cause everyone to stop what they're doing and stare at me in awkward silence... then i can say,

"welp, its about time to be hittin' the ol' dusty trail.... oops found the fire exit."

But i plan on silcamino-ing this bad boy. I have the resources, and equipment to do so at the shop, and we're affiliated with abody shop aswell. Time will tell though.

That would be cool if you built a silcamino. Seems like the other guys that did it kinda disapeared. I really only know of 2 in the US? IDK.

They are 16x7.5 I believe, not positive on the offset but they sit pretty nice. Throw me a shipped offer and ill get em to you asap if the price is right.

Wow. Ok for the record, before I type this, In no way am i racist. I just live in Mississippi where the african american community decides to put 26" wheels on big body cars and attempt to drift.

So with that said, i think it is QUITE amazing that your into the drift scene. No, not unbelievable, because like most people, I don't judge upon skin tone.

I also find it frikin awesome that you have a well sought after knowledge about vehicles.

I dunno - hopefully I didn't offend you in any way - but good luck with your new 240 project man - hope the best with it

Do you plan to tinker with the KA or just buy a SR/RB series engine? Or maybe even V8 powa?! (I've always wanted to get an S13 to make a silcamino and put the 454 that came in the el camino. . .give it a 70's paint job and call it a day)

KA-T FTMFW! You probably don't need this info judging by your past projects, but Turbo magazine has an article on how to build a 700+hp ka on sale this month. I'm reading it right now, waiting for F1 practice to come on...

Its really tough to say something like this and not sound racist....My advice is to never start a statment with okay I'm not racist...also remember to really think about what you are saying before you say it your statement is laced with insinuated stereo-types. I'm not offended, but I know people who would really have a problem with what you just said. Just use caution.

Agreed.

Something like that is akin to the infamous (to Black folks, anyway) "You're very well spoken." Regardless of intent, it is so very easily interpreted as "You're very well spoken (I didn't know they could utilize proper grammar and diction; amazing!)." Like anyone else, Colored... eh, Negr.. um, Afri... Black people are people too.

Except for, you know, the whole thing with the tails...
