I don't have an answer for your question because most of the guys have advised me to keep the breathing stock. Hopefully, one of the other more experienced members will have an answer for you.

It will just make your car loud. I will not change mine. I don't like ground suckers as well. Stick to your RAM air intake that is your stock. All up to you boss, your car.

You can probably rig up something fairly cheaply with cardboard and foil.

But you should read through these threads, first:

If you want max HP on your 94 Q just get an air horn from a 90-93 and it will be instant high pressure cold air!

Im being serious! if you have a 94 and you want more power (max HP I meant max you can get from intake mods) you get theair horn from a 90-93. Works great, I installed it on my Q.

so with the air horn thing is like boosting air instead of NOS? Im lost... this might sound stupid but fuel needs Oxygen to burn right? Well I have an oxygen tank and a tank replenisher at home doing nothing.... so will this work if i inject oxygen to the intake manifold area in order to gain power the tank could hold about 5 gallons of air.... so anyone got a suggestion?

If you dont mind blowing up the car then that might be a good way to get more power.

The reason people use nitrous is because its non flammable by itself. its only like 20 oxygen but when it gets injected into the cylinder it only burns the oxygen and the nitrogen acts as "filler".

oh! i almost started drawing my blue prints haha thank you but what if its not too much oxygen injected like a small stream it makes sence in my head that it will make more power buttt at what cost does anyone have more info on this one?

O2 can be used in moderation [1-2% even 3% by voume] ............the problem is how to create an oxygen carb to match O2 flow with airflow and rpm. PLUS how to enrich the fuel by the same % as the O2 is added.

The same situation as Nitrous without the benefitial evevaporation and cooling effect.

Also Nitrous doesn't decompose into N2 +O2 until way into compression stroke and after the plugs have fired ~~600F+ so it is much less likely to preignite than just adding O2 to incoming air.

If you think about the effects of baraometer study: Dead Sea SHORE and it's higher oxygen level [1-2%] due to below sea level.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dead_Sea
