Welcome to NICO Club!

I don't have a hardbody. Have you done searching for D21 lift? Are you considering a body lift kit as well or just suspension lift (you know I don't know this truck if there is no such thing, ha!). I did do a search and found a nice looking kit that costs more, called Calmini - Nissan Hardbody with a 3" lift. https://www.calmini.com/detail.php?b=1&m=4&t=1&p=588&n=

Try looking into our older threads for some information as well. Here's a couple I found, there are more...

Any IFS lift you do should be accompanied by a better steering solution, or you'll find yourself eating up steering parts at good rate.

Calmini also has steering kits to accompany their lifts. I'd consider this a must have if you plan to lift the truck.
the lift in the front is all in the torsion bars....the longer UCAs compensate for the lift and still enable you to get alignment into spec. The Nissan A arm lifts compromise down travel for more ride height, and up travel is increased. That means it really doesn't give you a lot for running bigger tires. Fender trimming is where you get that. 32" rubber on wheels with at least 4.5" backspacing is about what you can expect to be able to run. If combined with a body lift you can squeeze 33s under it.
