if its that hard to get off, i wouldnt remove it. it cant be that much weight, plus most of the noise will happen in the wheel wells where the tires kick everything up so it might help a little with noise.Cam, yea the valve cover turned out pretty good but i think the color is a little to bright for me, stands out too much. i think eventually ill do it again in a darker color but its good for now.

thanks, i got the wires from http://www.pdm-racing.com when i ordered all my suspension stuff. i think they are called aurora and they should cost $50 or less at pdm.

oh yea, do you guys have any suggestions on how i could repair the smudges i mad on the paint? now that the paint is fully cured, would a real light sanding mess the finish up?

Yeah, good choice on color, it looks good in contrast to the red wires!If its a light smudge, I wouldn't worry about it...Sanding might make it worse...Good luck/skill!

yea, im pretty sure its gonna be hard to fix without doing some serious work. problem is that its a bunch of little smudges that are right in the front of the valve cover which are pretty visible
