This is SR20 rear drive forums not "my buddy's 2jz whatever forum"I'm from Hopkinsville KY, every heard of it, probubly not. I respect both you and 500silvias dyno numbers but my question is can you drive a S chassis! I have raced several and haven't lost to any, reguardless of what the dyno told them. I just want all three of us to post videos of our best pass this spring on this thread, then everyone on NICO will know if you can drive without your cars strapped to a dyno! I'm not saying that you can't. I just want to compete with some of the baddest SR's on nico that aren't all out drag cars like mazworx and hybrid dynamics.

I am going to be on a rom tune with a log mani and a $300 cummins turbo and I guarantee I will push the hell out of both of you if I don't flat out beat you both. Please post a video of you racing each other. Then I'll post one of me with the Holset.

WOW, like you said your in Hopkinsville KY and no ive never heard of it , meaning that their are not allot of people their actually a population of 30,864 people to be exact and if you wanna be proud that youve beat every s-chassis their thats fine but with your cocky *** attitude your *** wont last in miami! You called us out so stick with it. put your turbo on and let us know when your ready and we will meet up in ATL and you will run hugo and myself and then we will put your beatdown on a VID and post it on NICO! im still shocked that you can say that you will push the hell out of both of us ..lololol youve been playen too much grand tourizmo! oh and PS i was running your times in 1996 in the same car you see in the pics so its about time you catch-up lol..

Kentucky didn't say he was going to stomp you, he asked if you wanted to meet in ATL and race... No reason to get ghetto fabulous on him. You're the one taking this to a different level than need be. This was a good topic until you guys started talking BS, turning it into another useless thread in the archives.

Back on topic, Hugos what are the specs of those S4 cams? Did you notice a huge shift in the powerband after installing them? More mid-range gain or topend? Thanks

Hey KentuckySlider I live in Bowling Green. Id like to see this 240sx. Ive got a buddy with an RB25 power S14 you can race or an R32 Golf you can race. Both are making over 400 whp.

Also ROM tunes on our cars arnt going to be the safest option for your car. Save some money and get a power fc and I can tune it to more power than a rom tune will make.

lol.. so if i see your post and tell you come meet me in Miami if you wanna race. "let me know if you want some" you don't find that a bit disrespectfull? i never brag about my car or even test people on forums, if i do i will ask them in nicer form. i deal with people on a day to day basis and i treat them with the same respect they treat me. your are right tho, this was a post of Hugo's accomplishment and has deteriorated into a BS post. so lets bounce back into the moral of this post.. hey Kentucky if you wanna set something up we are more than happy to do it just email me [email protected] and if you would need any parts i will be more than happy to help you out with that as well..

on that knoote spec's on the camms ---------->** Images are for representation only and may vary by application. i agree with blown240 you should seriously loook into some type of stand alone if you want to make all that power and keep it safe..

I mean rom tunes are good but they are just a broad tune for a setup. Not ever car even with the same mods is the same.

What stand alone do you have AEM EMS? I know I will be needing a power FC and bigger inj to get the full potential out of my top mount setup I just don't know how far off that will be. For now I am going to data log the holset HX35 and send my ecu back to JWT for fine tuning on race gas. I will be running a 1 bar spring on the street and 22-25psi on the track depending on where my 72lbs injectors max out?

I was not trying to be as cocky as I came across. S chassis are hard to launch consistantly without a 2 step and can break alot with the kind of power we are talking about. I just want to see How I stack up against some of the faster sr20's on here. That in its self should be a compliment to both of you!

no problem.. im running a microtech lt10-s stand alone with a X4 igniter box. it controlls my pump, fans, and a few other access points that are not being used, you can run any inj you choose high or low impedance. im running RC-1200cc inj and also have a set of 1600CC inj for the e85 tune i will be doing soon. i love it..

Jr ss the cams kick *** from 5300 to 8000 grand they rip. But my turbo sucks balls and cant keep up it dies arond 7300 rpm. You lose a lot of low end power. The cams are better suited for a gt2871r .86 or a larger frame turbo like a 30r, 35r ohhh i cant wait.. Newdude its a cosworth 1.1mm head gasket. I was just thinking about this guys all over the united states there alot of unhappy z06 and cobra owner out there because of us. We should have like a nico drag day.

link to the microtec? how much? I am considering 3 options.... apexi power FC, microtec, and megasquirt. I am on a budget build so I will go with the best for the money and easiest to use. How does your 25G compare to the Gt35R?

my 25g is nothing compared to the 35r.. i am plannig on upgrading to the precision sc-6265 billet bb turbo and a long tube manifold that will place my turbo somewhere in the area of my blow off valve. http://www.microtech-efi.com

let me know if this helps..

Jeez guys......

we did 529whp on a sc61 and a stock bottom end about 5years ago....also ran that tune until the car was sold a year or so later....old news

as far as I know the holding record is about 574ish on stock bottom end......

hasn't anyone beat this yet???

400whp on a 2871r is very respectable....even if it a built bottom.....

good job to anyone that gets close to that and runs it reliably

Hey slider! You even do that race you emailed me about?

I raced and beat the 08 Z06 but the 911 turbo was a no show. I ran a 11.7 with a 1.85 60'. It was 27 deg on the last track day of the season. She just wouldn't hook. My 2871R took a dump and I'm going top mount. If you need any bottom mount parts let me know. Megan mani, o2 housing, intake kit, 2" hot pipe, etc..... I just got my holset HX35. It flows about the same as the SC61(@60lbs/min). Any suggestions on stand alone?

I will be running a GT2871 very soon. I am piecing it together as I go along. Plan on some greddy easycams as well. Looking for the 350-370 horse range.
