While I'm sure it's an awesome ride, first impression is of a G with a body kit. Those fenders look a little less "fluid" that I would hope.

Interior looks pretty neat. I'm glad they stuck with regular black plastic, then some fake aluminum

Dipstick relocation was a MUST.

I have on question for you guys..there was 3 prices I have seen online..the main one is being around 60k..I saw another price where it said it would be around 70k and the price that amazed me and gave me hope was 55k lol

If that car goes for 55k..I will save my money and get that car..but I think its a long shot if it really went for that price? Has anyone really heard a set price yet?

Wow, certainly can't see buying that for it's looks. Great performance I'm sure, just need to include a blindfold, either that or a car cover. Just my opinion though, I lump this car in with that IS-F thing, looks-wise that is.

Sorry, but it looks like the money is definitely being all spent under the hood and in the chassis, that interior leaves me feeling rather uninspired. Looks a bit too cheap for what will be a high $50's to almost 100K car, depending on version you are looking at. Yikes, all that for Nissan level service. No thanks.

Again, will probably perform great, as all the rumored numbers are saying. Except that bogus 'ring lap time of 7m35s, or something equally ficticious.

Anyone have the official specs to post? I actually heard at one time it was gonna be a V8 too!?! But looks to be a V6 in the pics.

guessing these are concept...but what the heck it that thing above the center console? guessing it must obviously be for more rigidness, but still....looks bazaar. I like the dash....looks sweet. almost like a jet fighter, and maybe a headsup display?

That is a v6 for sure in the pictures.

Looks very similar to the 07 v6 in the G35 sedan and G37coupe.

the specs.

V6 3.7 engine TT. They were saying it will get the g37 engine with TT. Soo if you buy a g37 and buy the turbo kit for it you should be able to get close to same numbers. Attesa AWD system what will be introduced on g37 next year hopefully. They were saying 3 different body style. "worst" 420+ horses best over 500 horses with lighter body parts etc. 0-60 somewhere 3.5 sec. top speed 306 km/h.(190 mph). starting around 60k+. It was in Euro so I can be off a bit.

Pretty sure its a 3.8litre all new engine, check out the GT-R forum, there was a tonne of info included from some Japanese performance mag.

Its definately evident that your $70k (I do not see it being sold for any less, as its 8-9 milliion yen) is really paying for the engine and mechanals, the interior looks really, really cheap unfortunately, nice seats, but still too much plastic. Ugh, I hate screw dials, so cheap!

Still, nice specs, I just think the front looks too much like an Evo X, love the rear.

I'm still not crazy about the exterior styling. I think the 350z and the G35 both look better.Performance wise however

I agree it most likely be an infiniti in North America. Either way it will be a big hit for other carmakers in that class. To produce a car what does the 0-60 in 3.5 sec for $70k. oh yeah

It did a lap in Nurburgring's Nordschleife with the stock 480 horses.Stunning 7 min and 35 sec.

They try to bring the lighter one with more horses on the track to tackling the record a bit.

Nissan GT-R must beat:

1. Porsche Carrera GT: 7 minutes/28 seconds2. Porsche 997 GT2: 7 minutes/32 seconds3. Pagani Zonda F: 7 minutes/33 seconds4. Koenigsegg CCR: 7 minutes/34 seconds

Nissan GT-R has beat:

Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren: 7 minutes/40 secondsPorsche 997 Turbo: 7 minutes/40 secondsChevrolet Corvette Z06: 7 minutes/42 secondsPorsche 996 GT2: 7 minutes/42 seconds
