Everyone should bring something, guests or not. Your all going to be consuming the stuff, so bring anything possible.

I hear you on that one, I was going to try and get mine done for carlisle, but at least it should be done for the s-chassis meet. The closer I get to paint-date the more unsure I become about what color im going with

Okay guys I saw Jacki tonite and shes been a lotz busy and we were going over the meet stuff. We were talking about how it was getting hard to track who is bringing what for food and supplies.

We mentioned the idea that everyone should bring enough food for themselves and their party. A little extra is good, but dont cook major meals for the whole meet. Bowls of salads and deserts and stuff is good, but we dont want to see people bringing nothing when others are feeding the whole joint.

So bring extra but dont over do it, and make sure you bring something. If everyone chips in a little we'll have a lot. DONT FORGET, plates, cups, napkins, ect. Also what are you guys bringing for games, ent? Lets get a couple of ball games going.

Kal is gonna map a cruise I think, dont quote me.

With this all said, tell your friends, come, have a good time, and lets make it a day to remember.

I'd like to come but my S13 is in storage back in Cali. The only thing I have on this coast is my AE86, if you folks dont mind a Toyota in the mix.

My name is Jim and I can bring whatever is needed (within reason).

I'm pretty sure you could sneak in with that.

No just dont come empty handed. Were gonna have the BBQ's going, we have a pavilion set up, and we want to get some games going. Then we all chip in and clean up and go on a nice cruise.

I'll just rebadge it to look like an S12. =P

Mark me down for bottled water. I buy enough of it anyway every month that I can just clean out my pantry and bring it to the meet.

Guys, I'm doing my best to stay updated with this but I need your help. Please take a look at the supply list on the first page. If you haven't volunteered to bring anything try to bring something we still don't have. Remember, it's less than a month away.

I'd also like to add that I'll be bringing a set of metric and standard tools plus a portable jump-starter if anyone has anything go wrong on site. I know my AE86 likes to cause me problems at the most inopportune times, so I usually come prepared.

Good call. I was going to see who could carry a few tools, and who has AAA in case someone needs a tow.

Any chance of planning a group car photo? It would be cool to get a shot of all the s-chassis cars together, but that can get difficult with people comming and going.

Not possible at the park, but maybe along the cruise. There are a couple of empty parking lots im sure we could make a pit stop for photos.

Photographers welcome.

Whomever lives near that are or is familiar with it should also make note on the first post of this tread the locations/phone numbers of junkyards, auto-parts stores, tire places, etc just in case some folk have vehicle problems/emergencies. It'd be a shame for someone to lose a water-pump or blow a tire and be SOL.

Speaking of water-pumps, in my tool kit I always carry extra RTV blue and red.

For those of you in the greater Philadelphia area, what route are you all planning to take? Also are you meeting up somewhere to cruise there together? If so I'm game to roll with you guys, just let me know.

Brandon I was considering this, Jackie, myself and a few other may go early to setup, but a caravan would be good. Perhaps we could all meet up somewhere local to Elite imports and head up. I'll ask Nick

Elite doesn't have enough space to start a cruise from there. I was thinking something along the lines of Roosevelt Mall. Near Macy's or something and rolling out around 11:30. Details to come.
