I hope Ft Washington State Park knows what's coming, looks like there are going to be a ton of cars/people.

We may need to come up with some way of traffic direction and security. Jackie have you contacted the local PD to let them know what is going on, I'd hate to have people get harassed by the local PD and ruin the fun.

I thought Jackie or Kal reserved the pavilion back in Febraury. What time is roll out b/c I'll roll with Kal to go help set up everything. I'm sure that the park has their own permanent grilling areas but are we allowed to bring our own grill and if so who is going to be doing that? It looks like we're going to have 200+ in participation and that equals out to a lot of food. If You, Kal, Jackie or will are planning to get together this weekend to iron out the last minute details let me know, I'll be happy to show up, I've met Kal and Will but I don't think I've met Jackie or You Kev, unless you showed up to one of the illustrated Ikea meets last winter. Hit me up on Facebook maybe we can all go out for a beer or something this weekend.

There are a few grills there but its not a bad idea to get a few of our own, the issue is that I cant fit a grill in the 240.

I plan to go up early.

This week I am buying my supplies, food, and trying to get some chairs.

If some of you guys have small grills please bring them, I have a huge one thats too big to come.

Did will make the 50 gallon barrel girll

This is a tough weekend, lots to do. Plus, ClubLoose East Coast Bash is this weekend, I'm going up on Sunday, Saturday tomorrow I gotta do some work... The good news the car got done, THANK YOU Pete... "FiveStars" forever... and I can say that Bea and Brian's cars look unfrigg'n beliveiable, too bad they have to be trailered (strictly drift cars), not sure if they'll make the meet.

As far as the cruise up, I am thinking 9:30am from Elite?

I just realized that this meet is falling on a Sunday. I don't think I'll be able to make it.

Silly me for assuming that the meet would be on a Saturday.

what's a good address for this place to put in my gps. i'm gonna get so lost haha.

by the way, my car looks like crap right now, she's under construction. i was planning on drivin my beater down but it just wouldn't be as fun. so the 240's comin, just don't judge

oh and jacki, i'm listed as bringing napkins. i can also bring some bags of doritos, since it's obviously a priority as it has it's own category under the list of things we need lol

and is there certain smoking areas there, or should i bring an ash tray or something? i couldn't imagine leaving butts all over a park.

I'll go if I have somebody to cruise there with. Anyone from NJ down to stop by Hamilton/Trenton and meet up? You HAVE to pass through Trenton to cross the bridge anyway. Plus, I know the way into PA with no bumps.

Just letting you guys know, Route 1 is a 50mph MINEFIELD if you're a slammed car crossing the toll bridge into PA.

might be willing to get up w/ u if its not to out of the way for the people coming from up north. is there a good place to meet up w/ u from the turnpike? idk if people cruising w/ us would like the idea of getting off the highway and then getting back on.

edit: on second thought i dont think we'll even be going on rt 1. i was looking at the map and we're prob gonna head down through 276. if u care to meet up w/ us let me know.

anyone else coming down 95?

THE LOCAL POLICE AND PARK RANGERS KNOW WE ARE COMING DOWN TO USE THE PARK. WHEN GETTING OFF THE TURNPIKE OR OTHER ROUTES PLEASE TAKE IT SLOW ANS QUIET, YOU WILL HAVE TO TRAVEL PAST SOME HOMES INTO THE PARKS. WE DONT NEED A REASON TO GET BOOTED FROM A PLACE THAT KNOWS WE ARE COMING AND IS EXSPECTING US

SO PLEASE, KEEP IT SLOW

KEEP IT QUIET -TRY TO KEEP THE ENGINE NOISE DOWN ON THE LOCAL ROADS AND PARK-NO REVVING, NO SLIDING, NO BURNOUTS, NO BUMPING SYSTEMS

FIND A PLACE AND PARK IT, FEEL FREE TO TALK ABOUT YOUR CAR AND SHOW IT OFF BUT KEEP THE ENGINE AND STEREOS OFF

THIS IS A PUBLIC STATE PARK, CHILDREN AND FAMILY WILL BE THERE, NONSENSE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

GPS USERS, THESE WILL GET YOU 50 FEET FROM THE PARK ENTRANCE

Militia Hill Road & Skippack PikeFort Washington, PA 19034

REMEMBER BRING FOOD/DRINK/SUPPLIES/SPORTING GOODS/TOOLS OR BREAKDOWN KITS AND FOLDING TABLES AND CHAIRS IF YOU CAN FIT THEM.

wow, I just found this thread. I don;t live that far from Ft. Wash, and they're predicting nice weather this weekend. If you guys don't mind an old fart in a 350z with track rash included with all the S chassis, I can stop by for awhile.

By all means come. Its a S-chassis meet primarily, but there will be Zs, Rs, and others, but at the same time its not just a meet for anyone. Dont caravan with a bunch of non nissans. But zs, Gs, Rs are all welcome.

We ask that everyone brings something. Enought for them/their party and some extra.

Napkins, plates, tablewear, coal, ligher fluid, tables, chairs, tin foil, all these things are good items to bring.... oh ice and coolers too.

Damn, well if you take the NJ turnpike all the way till the PA turnpike from North Jersey, the tolls will come to around 9-10 bucks. Come through Trenton and save a few dollars for McDO ?

Who is going to be rolling in with Kal? I'm coming, but I don't know yet if I'm bringing the gf as she hasn't made up her mind. If I wind up rolling by myself then I'll be there early to help setup, if she decides to come then I may be a little later as I'll have to wait for her to get ready.

Hey I can make this. I'll be at French Creek State Park on Friday, Birdsboro on Saturday, and I think, so long as I'm not hung over, that I'll mosey on over to Fort Washington on Sunday.

Taking pictures.

Jacki, could I call you so I have some idea of what's needed as far as food is concerned?

I'd rather wait until the day-of and pick up the essential stuff that people forget.

I'm sorry, please strike me from the list of folks attending. I have an important meeting with someone concerning a vehicle purchase for my next project car. I will be very busy the whole weekend.
