Hmm the easiest thing to do in my opinion is if you have 2 ethernet ports on your computer, I would recommend running the wired connection through the PC and setting that connection up as ICS and then running another ethernet cable out of your computer to the router and connect your Xbox. I'd say the cheaper and more lag free way would be to buy one of these and save yourself all of the above nonsense and about 200 big ones: http://cgi.ebay.com/NETGEAR-XE...wItem . I use this for my setup and it works miracles.

I actually have my GF's 360 plugged into the ethernet card on her PC. Her PC is connected to the internet Via A USB Wireless connection, but it works great. The only issue is the PC has to be turned on for this work, but her PC is almost always on anyways. It also doesn't allow direct lanning between mine and her 360. Playing cooperative in PD0 requires we play through live and can't be done locally with this set-up.
