I've hit around 160km/h on some country roads, the Pathy felt like it was floating on air... as in, I felt like I had very little control of it, and if I overcorrected just a bit too much the tire would grip and roll the Pathy. Not a good feeling.
I haven't gone fast enough in the Pathy for the governor to kick in, and I'm not in a big rush to try to get to those speeds anyways. The only "safe" place to do it is on country roads and you never know when a deer is going to jump out in front of you.
Typically go 110 - 120km/h on the highways, 130km/h if I'm in a big rush. Don't usually go over 140km/h; that's the top speed I'm comfortable with, and only while passing other vehicles on two-lane highways.
