here in canada if you do 50km/h over any posted speed limit you get your license suspended and they take your vehicle indefinately....not worth the risk. but before the law i did 160km/h on a county road. being a young driver though that was very foolish, i never push 130 km/h i was paying $460/month on insurance with a clean record just because im 20, now that im 21, i found a cheaper insurance for $320 a month and i plan to keep it that way until it drops alot when im 25...which is when ill get a Z and rack up those speeding tickets

A few months ago a G35 was caught on the 400 doing 250km/h it made it all over the news lol

if you guys want to see crazy speed download a movie called gumball 3000, its a few years old but it followed drivers in the event, including this british blonde hottie in a murcielago

in Canada stuff costs more etc. and you live next to idaho, in a state called washington, which probably stuff like insurance is cheap etc, because everyone there is more calm in driving than in the east coast, i noticed it when i went to Oregon. just my .02 cents

I've done 113 a couple times and 115 once, its the fastest i can get it to go. i've taken pics both times, haha I drive alot in eastern idaho, doing 100 down the freeway is not unusual. i can put up pics if you want.

Hit around 112 - 114 on 222, the the gov kicked in. Nice and flat road, know where all the cops sit.

I've hit around 160km/h on some country roads, the Pathy felt like it was floating on air... as in, I felt like I had very little control of it, and if I overcorrected just a bit too much the tire would grip and roll the Pathy. Not a good feeling.

I haven't gone fast enough in the Pathy for the governor to kick in, and I'm not in a big rush to try to get to those speeds anyways. The only "safe" place to do it is on country roads and you never know when a deer is going to jump out in front of you.

Typically go 110 - 120km/h on the highways, 130km/h if I'm in a big rush. Don't usually go over 140km/h; that's the top speed I'm comfortable with, and only while passing other vehicles on two-lane highways.

Well, haven't really pushed my newly bought 01 pathfinder yet. Seems kinda like pushing a box in the wind to me!

ive hit about 112 miles driving on the 401 in canada at night the roads are so clear and my lead foot gets the best of me. It governs out at about this speed so if anyone says they went much faster i dont really believe that. when my truck passes 100kph or about 65mph it seems to run smoother and i dont notice the increase in speed when im driving all the time.
