I've never heard of that before. Looks good (minus the cream of mushroom...yuck!) I'll keep that recipe in mind for some day down the road.

Look into the freezer, and I notice we still have some Ore-Ida Tater Tots. WOOT! Tater Tot Caserole it is...and here's how it's done.

What you need.

1lb of ground beef2 cups of shredded cheese (Cheddar is good, but you can use what ever)1 to 1.5 cups of diced onion (Up to you on how much you want)1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 bag of frozen tater tots
Healthy, Tasty, Low Cost! You may choose two, and only two out of those 3 choices.

I'd be full with 10% of that bowl.

we should have a sticky for all of these recipes somewhere, there is always a thread about a new one. Just consolidate so that when we want to try something new we can just go there and pick on out.

You know, that's not a half bad idea.

Lemme run it by the staff and see what comes of it.

I'll be trying that soon. Wish it was able to be deep fried.
You just need to try harder... Line the pan with some kind of wire mesh, and after assembly pull the whole thing out.

I wish I had a deep fryer... Tator tots are so good deep fried.

Edit: A sticky with at least links to each thread!

i imagine any cream of veggie soup would work. cream of broccoli might actually be a tasty substitution. or maybe cream of potato...

Funny you say that.

I made this a couple nights ago and didn't have cream of mushroom, so I used cream of celery and it was pretty good.

The celery taste complimented the onions quite well.

And 10-4 for the zombie...

If you want to keep your cheese from clumping together. 1 make sure its really cold when you shared it and freeze it. then put it on your dish.
