Last night I was at a local Best Buy and picked up the Andrew WK cd. I had heard one of his songs on SNL once and was fairly impressed with the energy put into it. The whole album is like that and makes for really good driving music when going fast. Just thought I'd share. They told me to do that in kindergarten you know...

andrew wk is awesome I love the mixture of punk and the old 80's pop it is just too cool. I reccommend him also, but for driving I will stick with my system of a down

I'm a trance junkie. Oakenfold is good but he's getting a little too cute for my tases on the last couple albums he's put out. Paul Van Dyke, Nick Warren, and John Digweed are all doing what Oakenfold did, but better. As for Hip Hop I like Run DMC and Slick Rick. With Rock I like classic American, beer commercial, kick you in the face rock/metal split awhhhhhhhhwhaahhhhhhahhha :ylsuper :ylsuper :ylsuper wahhhhhhhahhhh:ylsuper :ylsuper :ylsuper wooooahhhh:ylsupersorry lost it there

Hey ninjak84 I think a poodle is trying to steal your car! ;)Hey do you like BT (Brian Transeau )? or Aphex Twin? Anything by Bedrock is gold with me. For me the genre is the best for any kind of driving, aggressive, long haul, or just enjoying the summer night cruising.

Anything like STP, Alice In Chains, Nirvana and the like gets me going. If I'm "bumpin' thru the hood" it's got to be RUN DMC.. now that's "old school" hip-hop!!! If I'm angry it's Iron Maiden.. number of the beast or Killers!!! Andrew WK and Offspring's older stuff for fast driving.. especially "Bad Habbit".. the best driving song ever... if I may;

"drivers are rude such attitudeswhen I show my piece complaints ceasesomething's odd I feel like I'm Godyou stupid, dumb s*** God damn mother fuc#er!"

Aphex Twin is lord. Experimental (depending on song) isnt always great for driving. Trance, breaks, drum n bass....those are pretty good.

Then there is the j-pop Initial D music that i listen to on occasion, now that gets me in the mood. Especially if you have watched the series.

I like trance, dance, house, pop and rock. I'm not too picky, no country, no hard rap. : ) I also like harder rock like static x and disturbed. I dig j-pop too. : ) No one sleep in tokyo. : )
