haha, Smith, i just thought about that and its true. isnt it funny how we are willing to pay insane amounts for water, cow juice and soft drinks, but get furious when we have to pay a little more for gasoline, the stuff that gets us to the store to pay those high amounts for food.

I've said before, and apparently I'll be saying this for some time to come:

Gasoline is a bargain right now!!

Imagine when gasoline prices catch up with inflated prices on homes, cars, clothing($27 for a damn Abercrombie tshirt, you gotta be joking) and everything else.

If you want to drive, you pay to do it. You pay for insurance, pay for licensing, pay to have your license test, pay for the car itself, pay for oil and filter, etc. Everything in or on your car costs money and none of it is getting any cheaper. Who ever thought anything would get cheaper or stay the same price was dreaming of a world other than our own.

Pay for gas or pay to take the bus? Or pay for an expensive bicycle and ride it to "save" on gas money.

I bought gas yesterday. Yay. Actually, I made no conscious effort to do so. But I was out of gas and I had to fill air in my tires too.

As far as alternatives I think I'll get an Alaskan Husky and a pair of rollerblades. My friend walks his husky this way. It's pretty fast and it can pull him all day long. I wonder if I can use the carpool lane?

I didnt buy gas yesterday because it was storming when I got off of work. Now I am close to running out of fuel. I am glad that gas prices have dipped around here.
