I can't remember what the prices are, it's been a long time since I've been there but from the menu, I'm guessing they're average;

Menu:

There's also a Cheddars right by there too. I'm really down for whatever, doesn't matter to me.

Yeah, I think so, hopefully they remember to check here... We have 6 cars but for sure more than 6 people. I have a friend that might be tagging along.

Where was "johnnir3volution?" We coulda used a Sedan in the line up with 5 coupes. ;)

It was good to meet everyone that showed up. Not bad for having just revived a dead thread haha.

Now hopefully we get more Couper's and even Sedans to show up next time around DFW, I think we need more owners to come sign up on the forums..... I've seen plenty of Coupes and I bet it would be a better turnout.

we had so much fun coming up there, everyone was really nice, the cars looked awesome and the company was great, we were considering doing it again sometime in september so anyone who wants to go keep that in mind, there is nothing definite yet though.

:to ranga14: wheres the pics?!!??!!! we need some lineup shots here asap! we didnt get any that are good quality as we forgot the camera lol

:frown: too bad I couldn't make it.

But I will definitely try my best to show up to the next car meet once I am up in Dallas

So you guys should add another coupe to your addition ;)

After yesterday's car wash. Crappy photo too. Took it with my phone.

Btw, in the first couple of photos where all 5 cars had their lights on.

The car in the middle, what brand name HIDs did you get? and the color temp?

I am unsure of whether I should get DDM or Xentec. Not sure which one is the better

I do believe that they were DDM 55 watt with 10k bulbs. They look great in person.

It was great meeting you all. Finally got to see the ebay tails in person. They look a lot better in person than in the pictures.

this is correct,

and for all you guys information, when i got back into oklahoma i got pulled over by two police cars, apparently my rear lights were out as you can see in the pics, i didnt realize it at the time, in fact, i started a thread about some interior lights not working, it turns out they are piggybacking off of the tail running lights.

in light of all this, i did not get a ticket and we learned something, if your gearshifter light and airconditioner knob lights are out then your fuse is blown for your rear lights, the fuse if located on the right hand side of the box in the engine compartment

Yes, it was a good night meeting all you guys and gals. It was nice seeing other modded AC and everyone had very nice rides with cool mods. I’m defiantly get the bullydog GT and a sound system before the next meet at least a sub. Hopefully it dosen't take us another year to get one setup lol.

CJizzle yes I do have DDM 55 watt 10000k for the headlights and DDM 35 watt 3000k for the fogs both work great.

Insaneturbo13 glad you didn’t get a ticket but I do remember seeing your tails being off I should have said something.

Ranga14 nice pics and cool vid of the rides, next time we should get some daytime pics.

What was the result in the thing with Ranga14 and CoupeVQ35CVT?

I thought I'd post about our next meet, I propose the following dates;

Saturday, Sept 18
Saturday, Sept 25

The weather should be a tad cooler by then and hopefully we can have more show up. I think it might be good to possibly try another location, maybe one that is more off I35 for those coming from Oklahoma to get there with ease. I'm still thinking of a spot and will make suggestions soon. That and I know of an awesome Thai food place which serves up some pretty dang good asian food we should try, yeah, the Salt Grass was a little pricey!

awesome. cant wait! hopefully i have something new to show off by then

i dont really have any problem with either of the dates, 18th sounds a little better though because i think were gonna be celebrating my g/f's birthday the following weekend.

thanks for keeping us okies in mind!! lol

and im always up for cheaper food! but there is a slight slope to the graph of cheapness:good ratio. hopefully this will be in the good part of the graph lol

Hey johnnir3volution, I saw on another post where you said you can tint tail lights. Do you still have any more smoke vinyl and I was wondering if you can do my car?

And if we do the 24th we could prolly chill at the state fair and get so fryed butter lol.

No, Baan Thai. You can google it, has good reviews and their menu is online.

Ewww... I just go with something more simple and original like the corny dogs. :D

But the state fair, hmm, that's a cool idea in a sense but it's kinda pointless going there at night since you wouldn't have as much time to do everything you'd wanna do there. Just not sure how well all that would work plus parking would be a b**** for sure. Although upside is there's always the car show!

I sure can smoke out your lights. you would be my first AC. Ive smoked out taillights from a Mazda3 to a Mercedes CLS55 AMG.
If you live around here i can also work on them anytime.

ranga, in the future maybe we should post in the general forum as well as keeping this thread alive, it looks like more sedan owners are getting intrested, which is awesome! maybe we can get a big one going later on!
