I know im digging this up from the recent past, but Im trying to find the correct Polynomial for the AEM EUGO.

I have found a few but they are conflicting and I have only had a chance to test a few. i have the 0-5v signal in AN1 and AN2 linked to the WB ground. As directed by the current developer of the CoPilot software. The current CoPilot development thread has been moved to http://www.mr2spyder.net/spyderweb/inde ... e__st__540

I have finally started testing CoPilot again. And had some success with a little Ignition Tuning. Went to Pull back the timing up top and while logging I noticed the program was automatically pulling timing when it saw hints of knock. I didn't think the program was set up to do this with out me selecting something. I pulled back the timing to 17* and will work my way maybe back up to 20* providing the knock number stays low.

As soon as I get CoPilot to show the same AFR as the AEM Wideband gauge, I plan on tuning the fuel a little bit. The stock PFC fuel map is rich across the board.

Right now Im not allowing any more of a knock reading on CoPilot then 20ish.(my understanding this is withing error, but im new to this)
--What is an acceptable knock reading that I should not push?

Also I was wondering if anyone had any pointers on getting the most of of the Stock-ish Rb25.

Thanks,
-Daryl

I believe the CoPilot software was not being attended to with regard to fixing bugs as it seemed other engine systems took priority over the RB25. So, I think a lot of people, including myself, lost interest because it wasn't polished enough. I'd give it another chance if a new version was released for it.

With respect to knock numbers, 20 is about the most I'd allow for knock while tuning. That is assuming you won't get any bad gas or have to run a lower octane fuel than your tune was developed with.

If you have a stock RB25, the most you can do is turn the boost up to 12 psi on the stock turbo, add the type fuel you're going to drive around with, get the fueling where you want it, gradually turn up timing until it begins to knock, then back off a degree or so, readjust fueling and repeat until timing is maxed out on the fuel and boost combination you're running. I believe this is basically how the autotune function of CoPilot works anyways.

Awesome, thanks for responding.

As far as CoPilot goes, it has gone through several updates that have improved its reliability. It doesnt time out on me like it used to back in the day, but that may be because im using Win7 64 now and not vista32.

While the software isnt being made by us RB guys it still seems pretty refined, he takes input anytime too.

You should look back into it Darius.
