How much you trying to spend, cuz there are holiday deals flying around everywhere! I recently saw a vendor selling brand new Megan Streets or Tracks for $725+shipping!

Pretty much whatever brand you might want is on sale right now! Go to the Advertisers Specials Forum and look for some awesome deals before the holidays end!

Kts, Stance, Pbm, and Megans are all products that have been proven worthy, but not invincible, especially if they're used. Be smart about what you buy and dont just jump on the first deal you see. I understand money's tight, been there-done that, but be wise and do some research before you purchase.

Good luck on your search

The previous owner of my sil40 said he got his JIC's used. Probably a little too pricey but they are pretty nice. Not junk that's for sure.

+1 for the hs NICO members on here.

KTS, Megan and Stance have been proven complete S**T! PBM has been proven the best price / performance coilover on the market. PBM is awesome!

are you riding on stock rims? i would save up for what you want the first time around instead of getting used coils, slamming then not liking the look of how it sits with stock rims. meanwhile, while you save up for better rims the coilovers are no longer what they were and you need new ones. but your in highschool and arent going to listen..lol.

Would you believe me more because I have over 2600 posts? I hope not because at least half of my posts are complete garbage! But, the other half are full of priceless information.

OP, don't cheap out on stuff, especially important things like suspension components. Sure it's not a big deal to buy junk seats, trim pieces, etc... but when you buy low quality stuff like coils it's not only a waste of money in the long run but it can be dangerous. Even worse is when people cheap out on brakes, hubs, and such. There's a thread a few scrolls down about redrilling your 4 lug hubs to 5 lug! Idiots!

Im picking up some coilovers at TopSpeed here in Chicago, they are $450. There is some guy there with a flat black coupe who's rocking them. He says they are awsome and they hold up well. (he drifts with those) Im going to try them hell, 450 is not bad if they're as good as he says they are. I need some cash though, so I'm trying to sell my NEW KYB AGK strut and NEW Tein combo. Any one interested?????

good idea.

base a $450 decision off a local "drifter"

generally, good coilovers are $1300 area.

You want to get some for $450.

I wonder when SENSE comes into play...

It is a good idea

You are no different than he is. He also goes to drift events, and he used to own Tein's. He says his Tein's were no different than his current $450 coilovers.

I know the price for "GOOD" coilovers however, I don't plan on drifting.

Get over yourself dude.
