What he is saying, is that, essentially, these headlights are the gayest mod you can put on an s13...n240sxfnatic wrote:I knew a guy in high school who had those... he also got railed in the arse by men.
Go SuperMade...konjiki7 wrote:Maybe I can get useful replies… where can I get some aerodynamic lights that won’t cost to much if damaged in a race.
dude you arent going 200 mph, those .2 seconds that you loose because of "ayro dynamics" can be made up with better driving from youtheres not that much air friction in autocross.... that money can be used for better mods IMOkonjiki7 wrote:I didn't think this look too bad minus the cancer lump on the hoodhttp://forums.nicoclub.com/zerofile/38727/73_1.jpg

You will never make use of any sort of "aerodynamic" advantages doing those sorts of motorsports.konjiki7 wrote:most events last untill night auto crossing, drifting and drag racing.

Lol you can keep thinking that but a combination of that .2 seconds and good driving is an edge over the next guy. Watch video option and flex those brains cells just a little and its pretty clear why alot of tuners over their pay such extreme attention to detail.__CURRTISS__ wrote: dude you arent going 200 mph, those .2 seconds that you loose because of "ayro dynamics" can be made up with better driving from youtheres not that much air friction in autocross.... that money can be used for better mods IMO
I there doesn't seem to be very many options out there...Crautz240 wrote:Why don't you just do a complete front end conversion???
I see alot of useful replies, the 240sx does pretty well in most races with the headlights down, unless you are racing at night, I dont see where the flip up would cause a problem with aerodynamics. And the worst part there; if damaged in a race??? If you are planning to damage them, then you probably shouldnt race at all, IMO.konjiki7 wrote:Maybe I can get useful replies… where can I get some aerodynamic lights that won’t cost to much if damaged in a race.
lol thats my car. i know i hate those headlights, i bought the car with them. my first 240 and car.Klodust wrote:You know whats funny i was looking for a 240 on craigslist and saw this....
Those are East Bear??? That is the best option, BAR NONE.simmode1 wrote:Picky! Ok ok... Well, there's EastBear too... Takes quite abit of work to pull this one off though, IMO...
