http://www.cimotorsports.net/isis-basic ... x-s13.html Yes I know you get what you pay for but I'll be satisfied with these if they last a year or 2 at this price. I'm not picky about ride quality just trying to get my car lower. The tein s-techs just aren't cutting it with a 1.8" drop. I'm not into any kind of competitive racing just street use. Also if you got some coils in the 5-700 range let me know. Thanks Sterling.

Is this a statement, or are you asking something?

Well no one has had anything negative to say about ISIS and I was looking at these a while ago.. So if you buy them make a review or somethin.

New here. I bought myself a set of the cheap EMUSA fully adjustable coilovers after debating on what type of lowering suspension I should get. Granted it's not the type of coilover you mentioned in your post, they fall in the category of "cheap" coilovers and were actually $100 cheaper than the ones above. It's been just shy of a year now and they still hold up well. My car is dropped pretty close to ground and is actually my DD. I can say it's pretty reliable for that... I would be a little more concerned for drifting them though.

DD = go for it, track = save a little more.
Just my 2 cents.

well my first reaction is this,
the photo of the coils, is the same photo used on enjuku as the title pic or whatever for the coils section, and they dont sell these coils that are listed here. so i wonder if thats really the product being sold?
another is they dont seem to have camber correction on the front coils...i dont like that.
so id spend another 100 dollars to have that on my coils. andthe price isnt cheap enough for me to go without that perk.

Arent they releasing a new version of these coils. I know a few people who had the old ones, but I heard they were no longer being sold for a design change.

Where did you find godspeeds for that price shipped? They are like 700+ on ebay.

no joke. and there should be a rule *albeit theres already an "unwritten rule" about this...you cant give a review of coilovers of any type unless you have experienced another set. ...not ridden in but driven on a different brand.
if you compare coilovers to busted a$$ oem suspension thats seriously old as dirt...the review doesnt really mean much.

yeah, i'd also like to know where you got them at that price as well.

Well anyway thanks for all the input. Does anyone have any decent coils for less than 800 bucks shipped?

I have been impressed with eery ISIS part that I have used, But it appears that Enjuku has dropped the isis coilover. I have no idea why but seems odd. Godspeed seems to be hit or miss. I have seen people love them and hate them, one guy had some blow within a month and I believe there is a guy on here with a two year review. No matter what when you cheap out its a gamble. Idk about a $700 gamble though. You can save up another $300 and get a solid and reputable coil that you dont have to be afraid of buying like FORTUNE AUTO 500, or POWERED BY MAX.

I hope this helps, I understand you wanted to know about the cheap coils but its such a large key part in the suspension that I wouldnt cut corners with them.

^this save up the extra money and get the fortune auto coils or something equal, i put the tein basics on mine, and they go decently low, but i think they're a tad bit too soft, they work well but i plan on getting something a bit better, but then again i got a really good deal on mine

short version save up buy something better

No it more than likely won't see any tracks buts I do enjoy my nissan gokart on the streets. It won't be my daily beater in 26 days anyway because I'm putting a 302 in it after I get the title to this suby. I'm picking it up from my buddy that owns a wrecker service.

I have been scouting this forum, zilvia, and ka-t for 2 weeks looking for coils. I agreed to buy like 2 sets but they never replied back and the ones offered they want like a grand for used. My fingers are feeling lazy so how much does it normally cost to rebuild them and which ones are you able to?

Yeah I read that a few days ago. It helped a little. I'm thinking of just getting the next deal I see on ebay. There is usually some gabs or teins pretty cheap.

I ended up with Tein Basics, and i got them for $500, they are in great condition, they're as okay as evryone says, but for me they go low and once i fix my electrical issues ill start really testing them out, if you're just going low any basic set will do i know quite a few ppl who swear by isis

I'm just going to focus on my motor and keep scouting for them. I seen some tien hr's for 500 shipped but with a little research I decided not to get them because they are ancient.
