it was pretty good crowd; but i didnt really get involved since my car wasnt done and i didnt want to pay shorw field prices to mingle in the paddock near the track

Just got home. "A quick stop by the shop on the way home," turned into, "Oh Jim, while you're here, want to help me change the clutch in my daily driver?" I'm going to sleep like a beast tonight...

Floating point got 56 seconds, but the one corvette put down a 54 second run later in the day.

I'm pretty sure I got the best 240sx/nissan time for Saturday at 59 seconds.

Spot on. I was the fastest of the NICOFEST folks but the track owner went and got his full race prepared Z06 and put down a lap two seconds faster than I.

I had a blast at the track, it's too bad I totally neglected to shoot any video. I was super busy talking to folks, giving driving tips or working with other folks to help get their lap times down. Hopefully someone else grabbed outside footage of my car, that'd be awesome =)

My pleasure. I had much more fun having folks ride with me this weekend, I think I only did one solo run all day today.
