Yeah, but if you pull it, it may not start when it goes back in (at least right away), but be sure that you get all of the grounds in the right place.

hey thats a nice title. I am a country boy from north carolina. I am stuck in the millitary and forced to be stationed so close to canada. BUT I do believe it is pronounced EHHHH.

On a side note I started my car yesterday after the little ride at low boost. Didnt sound good. I was completly out of radiator fluid when I got back from the drive. My car makes a noise that sounds An awful lot like a rod knock. I can check if that is what is knocking if I remove the oil pan correct?

Probably, did you seize it? If it is a pin knock, it will be less obvious, but if it is rod knock you should be able to do so with the pan off. Are you a glutton for punishment or what?

no didnt seize it just knocks. doesnt do it right after start up but after i rev it once it goes on knocking I am sure its a rod and not a pi. knocking is conected to rpm's. yes I love punishment!!!!! The problem is I am not in north carolina anymore. And up here in washington it is next to impossible to find a ka24de. OHHHHHHHHHHHH I think I am gonna reuild this sucker with forged goodies. I just want to find a stock one to put in while building a forged one! Problem is paydiy isnt till the 1st And I aint got but 50 bucks till then! I am off to the bank tomarrow to refinace my car.
