Dropped off my C-Mod Grille and Stillen Roof Wing to my Mechnic's shop for painting. He said they'll be ready for installation on Monday, so I'm going to swing by there Monday morning before work, have him install them, and pick it up end of that day. I hope to have pics up Monday Night.

Haha, I have the car back with the Grille painted and installed. I picked it up last night. I got home late though as I had to run an errand after getting my car back and by the time I got home and could have grabbed my camera, it was already dark. Then this morning I woke up late and forgot to grab my camera again. I PROMISE I'll snap some photos as soon as I get home from work today!

Oh, I also just wanted to say, I think the Grille looks awesome painted and installed. I went with leaving the mesh black and on my Precision Grey I think it looks pretty good. I also had my Mechanic paint my support bracket on the bumper with a matte black paint and it came out very well....

My only disappointment is the fact that it's still pretty damn noticeable even when it's Matte Black. I mean thing thing is pretty wide for a bracket. I guess the only thing you can do to fix it is do what Infantry did, but that's a lot more work and handymanship than I'm comfortable or willing to do, so I'm leaving it as is.

All in all, I'm definitely happy, once you get over the fact that the Bracket is there and you just gotta live with it, I think the C-Mod Mesh Grille looks great, and is a major improvement over the stock honeycomb grille.

I really don't understand how you or anyone else could keep that bracket there. It is discustingly ugly. It really is very easy to replace. I don't know crap about cars and I am not very handy. If you can figure out how to bend a small piece of aluminum with plyers then you can do this mod. I did this mod in my garage with a set of plyers and a dremel. Anyone can do it, and you should do it. If anyone has questions just email me since I am not on this forum very often.

Well, sorry for the delay all. I know I promised pics last Monday, but I had a crazy week at work and didn't get around to taking photos till now...

I like it. Very simple and clean, although I agree with Infantry about replacing the support bracket.

I may look into it later. Right now, I'm saving up to put my springs and sway bar on after I come back from my vacation next month. The bracket is definitely visible, even with it painted matte black, but I guess after you accept the flaw in Nissan's design, you start to kinda just live with it.

Dammit, I like it. I don't know why everyone hates this grille so much.

Still not 100% sold yet. Hmm....

This thing is a ton cheaper, requires no fitting or painting. Installation is a breeze, plus there's chance of this grille sagging. Definitely an easy decision in my book.
