if it were my s13 and i was going with an aero kit I'd go with vertex, clean and simple:

and i'd leave the flares black. Widebody is also an option since you already cut the rear wheel wells open and white is easy to match permitting it is not a pearl

as for the hood, I would just go OEM style cf

The origin stylish looks nice, but wouldn't look good at all with the flares. Go for it anyways.

ha i was thinking the same exact thing. i wouldnt go with the origin stylish. thats what almost everybody has. or some type of knockoff including me. i really like it the way it is. paint the flares white and then see how you like it

Ya I don't think gold on the flares can be pulled off in the same way the black can. They should be white.

but they kinda interfere with the two tone lines so they will have to be painted half white on top and half gold on the bottom which won't look bad IMO
