haha i just got accepted to sfsu man! so im planning to go there while im on the air force reserves. i mean, my brother is a mechanic. but im always afraid of asking him for help because he really b words about doing it. ill continue saving my money though!lovemy89240 wrote:man im not gonna lie... but i remember these days i turned 15 when i got my first car and it was a 240 pignose, and i was lucky, I had a family of mechanics so i kinda new how to work on cars, but i like how you remind me of myself. I to had subs and painted my teardrop stock rims, and bought a set of ebay strut bars, but you learn as you go on, and just do things yourself. i loved my car i had tokico blues and brembo rotors, and from that, IT now sits as an SCCA ITA class race car/DD, almost all built by me, now im not bragging, but if like me youll learn real fast that moneys scarce and if you want your car sleek and sexy, save you money, I mean if you know what you want your car to end up like, and this is the start then go ahead haha i support you. and you live in the bay correct?? if so head over to the skyline community college near SSF and take some of there automotive beginner courses and start off strong. Good luck man and keep us updated!!
* im debating on whether or not i should go to grad night. grad night is when our whole senior class goes to disney land and parties for three nights in a row along with seniors from a bunch of other schools. EVERYONE i know says it was fun, so thats why i thought of going. but my mom told me, she would either give me $400 to use on my car or $400 for the grad night trip. ugh! so hard to decide.
