Seriously though, you know a good bit about electronics when it comes to audio/video. I meant you'd be able to provide support on debunking the cable myth if I needed it.

Telling someone what they heard isn't real or doesn't exist is the same as telling a schizophrenic that they've not been having conversations with Voltar. You can tell them once, or ten times and the result is that YOU'RE the crazy one for thinking it's not real.

Sure you can hook up an ocilloscope to any of these esoteric cables and not measure anything significant, and you can do blind ABX testing and come up with inconclusive results, but at the end of the day, people hear what they want to hear. That said, the prettiest speaker is usually the best sounding speaker until it's behind a curtain.

agreed 100%! unfortunately people that spend their hard earned money on things refuse to believe that there isn't a difference.
