i had doubts it was the fuel filter. still going to say MAF on this one, regardless of if you cleaned it or not... i'd get a known working one and try it out.

happened at the track, got it back home went away a couple days later, happened again a week ago, brought it to work. only SEEMS to happen after the car is hot (breaking the first time) then it stays broke for a couple days (hot or cold) then goes away. but it doesnt happen every time the car is warm.

i was at NOPI 3 weeks ago, drove all day, no problems. broke at the very end of the day. it was 100 degrees ambient during the middle of the day. she just sat there and kept going. temps never got above 209f.

and im not trailering my car to a parking lot lol.

yes NDS has a data logger, ill be using it soon. need to figure out how im gonna test this thing.

Can't remember but have you tested your Temp sensor?I can't remember it's been so long.

Usually they are checked by resistance. There are two type of thermistors. As the temp goes up the resistance will rise or the opposite as the temp goes up the resistence will lessen.

Or maybe the coils are being overheated??Have you checked them?

I know I had a coil go bad and act funny even after it would cool down. Then I replaced it one day and everything was good.
