Honestly, I don't care how smart someone is "in real life" if they come onto a message board and I can't understand a GD thing they've typed.
I can understand fumbling around words in real life. But when the words, corrections, and things like spell check are at your finger tips and on the monitor the only reason for incomplete words, gibberish, and internet ghetto lingo is pure laziness at its best.

Actually it seems to me like it's a chore to be writing in "gHeTt0 gAnSteR tAlK". Dang, that took more time to type out than if I were to type it normally. Could just be that I'm not gangster enough though.

You've come a long way!

Personally, I don't mind if someone doesn't capitalize their I's or the first word in every sentence, or any words for that matter. But like previously mentioned in this thread, there is only so much someone can take. For whatever reason, someone writing in all caps irritates the crap out of me. It makes it seem like you want attention or something. I can't see it ever being a "mistake". Why would caps be on in the first place... why did you not notice it while typing?

And yes, there is a spell check button if you know you have a consistent problem with spelling.

I receive and send around 30-40 emails a day, each of which require professional demeanor. You're not alone in saying that all-caps messages are irritating or even offensive.

All-caps = YELLING!

Inside voices, please.

I've never understood why people get upset if the letters are all capitalized.

It doesn't bug me.

HOWEVER, I've noticed that when the first letter of every word is capitalized, it DOES bug me.

I look at all these and just see stupid people.I want to see our world and country progress.I don't want to see a new generation of internet bred idiots. It's embarassing to be a part of the same human race sometimes.

simple spelling errors are okay. I make them all the time.

Teaching people the difference between "your" and "you're" should be a key.

Liking cars is fine, but let's try and have a pool of EDUCATED enthusiasts.
FYI brain, "etc." is not a "made up internet thing"and pull that stick out of your a$$, nobody cares, stop being so butthurt all the time.

Butthurt about what?

I think it's funny that people are so stupid.I like to know that I'm a lot better than many people.I find it amusing that some people are so far into their internet world that they probably have no idea how to interact in the real one.

FTW!!!! bro

You think it's funny that people are so stupid, that' just messed up "bro"

You would like to know that you're a lot better than many people, well your not so get over that too.

You find it amusing that some people are so far into their internet world that they probably have no idea how to interact in the real one, i have to agree with you on that one though( partially), but who are you referring to since you seemed to have met everybody in the real world that you can compare the two?
