WOW?!?!?!?.....check out the yellow minivan. UHHMMMMM I mean si. Yea so anyway took some pics today. I have to find my card reader to upload them I should have them up sometime tomorrow. Great new my clutch came in today so I yanked off the trans took off the clutch and flywheel and to my surprise I am guessing that that weird thing is a pilot bearing. I dont see how this is even called a bearing at all but oh well. So I get to go buy Nissan related tools now. Time to hit up the tool truck!!!

On a side note this will also be a up to date build along kinda thing. No baller status or dumping insane amounts of cash, just normal BS that the average joe or anyone can do ( Well i hope )

Yeah I didn't know the history of my 240 till I tried working on it and looking up information on it, and NICO is #1 just about always. And if 9 of 10 honda owners weren't dbags, it would be a different story for sure. I wanna put a bullet through any engine that has an exhaust that sounds like a bumble bee on crack.

Yea Honda drivers say the same about Nissan drivers.....well at least I have been on both sides of the road to see from both ways. Any way here are the pics I took today only two because this is what I am working on now only. I am known for my clean motors and engine bays. No... I'm not talking about that shave tuck monkey a** B/S. I hope I do the Nissan community justice here what I've got so far.

wish me luck.

Its back on the first page I think about 30th something reply from the top down. Why does it even matter it's childish anyway. On another note i received my Momo hub today and I didn't know that the Nardi wheel is a diffrent set up and I have to buy an adapter. I am leaning toward the Works Bell unit. I am also waiting on to receive my flywheel to get back from the machine shop from being reserfaced. I will give more updates this weekend. Thanks for reading....

You could always sell and get a NRG hub or an ebay hub (super cheap, works fine). The ebay hub takes both nardi/momo

Here are some pics of work getting done from last night.I got the flywheel and the sockect trick just wasn't working for me.

And after a hr or so and making a trip to Auto Zone to get the right tool, victory at last.

Random pic of the work area.

The clutch and flywheel.

Pic of the motor on the stand with the oilpan off.

My buddy Aaron doing work on the pan to clean off the old gasket and to reseal with the new stuff.

I will star cleaning the bay and replace my steerin rack bushings tonight. I was hoping to have it running by tonight but some family things needs to come first. Happy Halloween to everybody. Here is your Halloween candy enjoy:dthumb

So I have been busy these last couple of days. I finally got the motor in it took 4 of us to get in because of the one peice stainless steel header and solid motor and transmission mounts. i got the interior looking normal with my Nardi wheel and Razo knob. I have to finish the wiring in the cabin and the fuse box. The inside wireing isnt all that bad I have to convert the plugs so time to cut and color match the wires because they are both male ends and then get power to the fuse box because the battery is in the trunk. I have to get a top radiator hose for the KA and wire in the fans. I picked up a RPS13 front sway bar from a friend. I have to order the front end links from Nissan soon. So not too much further to go. Here are some crappy pics of the progress.
