idk if i'm going to be able to make it sunday but ill try. got some stuff i got to take care of but ive just been spending all my time working on my lights lol i fixed them! then it fogged up again its the same light. i'm pretty sure i sealed it really good this time. i might have sealed it with the moisture inside and might need to drill a little hole at the bottom to let the moisture out and then reseal it. but i'd be willing to help you with yours, just not for a while.

lol for sure. i just read phenom's thread about baking headlights and it seems like something i should do when i break my right leg and have no reason to be driving haha. i think i might go ahead and get a second set of head lights for my car to play Frankenstein with lol, but if you guys still wanna come out on sunday or sat, thats cool with me. you bay area folks are welcome too. maybe we can bbq, pick up a few beers or something like that. they have some meet and greets with cars around here too on the weekends in a few parking lots sometimes too

To test it out, get a bucket of water and run it over the headlight...It'll fog up later probably 15 minutes if there is any leaks.

i was just about to say that ive gone through lots of water and it never fogged up. BUT now that i think about it, 1st time it fogged up was after it rained and then the sun came out and it got hot. 2nd time it fogged up was after i washed the car and then had the lights on. i thought it was heat that made it fog up. but i guess its water THEN heat that makes it fog up. thanks for the advice

ok so update. I got an email from a member and sending him/her the link to this thread but wanted to add something to it in case they try this or if anyone else tries it.

the reason why I got cracks on my headlight is because I held the heat gun too close to the light for too long right there when I was sealing up the light. my advice for anyone who tries this is to do like someone else said and after you open the lights, try and get all of the factory sealant out. If you get all of that out you wont have issues sealing it like I did when I was using the heat gun. ALSO you shouldnt have issues with condensation which strangely my condensation went away a long time ago. my lights fogged up for about a week and then after that they were perfectly fine.
