Anyone who was going to drop by saturday afternoon: We're over here early. You're welcome to come over right now if you want. We just finished putting the coilovers on my car (all of about an hour's work), now I'm just doing small stuff, and James (zion), is getting his SR ready to start up. Call 404-386-9529 for directions.

YES!!!! Finally the SR is running. After a few hours of scratching our heads and wondering why it would not fire up (and calling Glen a few times) I finaly figured out I was an idiot and put the fuel lines on backwards. Lemme tell you that walbro really puts out the pressure for the fuel. Shot fuel like 10 feet across the shop when we took the off. lol. It was a funny learning experience. Anyways I am running the BigT28 from Forcedperformance. I haven't got to really run it since I am trying to Break in the motor. Thanks a lot for getting me that motor. I love it already and I have only drivin it like one day. My email is [email protected] if you wanna email me. I will hit you up somtime. Now I can finally look into painting some cars again now that my car is out of the shop...Just a plug for Chip, if anyone needs a great motor. Chip (cardinal) has a great selection of motors. I know from experience.

The web site is being rebuilt (by Movingviolations240) at this time. If anyone want to reach me you can email me at [email protected] until the site is back up. I have a new container on the water and it is due in around April 15th. Mainly clips, LSDs, and a few motorsets. I will have pics and a few other things on the new site that should be a first when it comes to picking out a motor.

Camel...is that Blaine? If not, who - and thanks for the kind words!

Nope camel is Chad. Yellow_jacket is Blaine :) My swap front clip has worked out great! Nice and clean, runs strong, and was complete. Put down great numbers in pretty much stock form.

Chip, If you end up with any suspension compenents please let me know. I may hit you on Nextel instead of email though.

My buddy is probably gonna be able to get a meet together at American Pie on April 10th. There may be some kind of drink/food coupons. Most of the guys that will be coming are of legal drinking age. So far there should be a few SRTs, couple STIs, some EVOs, and at least one WRX. So let me know if any of you guys are interested. Need to represent with the 240s and other nissans, but all are welcome. Any chance is a good chance to exchange info among fellow 240ers.

Sorry Yellow-jacket...should have know that was you since you are a GT person. Call me anytime on the Nextel. On the May/June container I do have a list in with my partner over seas for a bunch of small JDM type parts along with some Silvia conversions. There are quite a few S13 used coilovers that I can get, but hard to say just how good they are or how long they will last. I do have some adjustable front coilover on this next load along with some camber plates if that is something you are looking for. I should have this stuff in around mid April. I will know more then.

Chad - thanks for the clairification. Getting hard to keep everyone stratight : ).

What ever happen to a mountain run????????

ImportAtlanta does it every month. We need to get this together.

Honestly I love to minggle and stough, but this picnic thing. Is it just going to be a hang out thing?????? Is there places to drive around there. I mean is it a park??? I know picnics are at a park but there will be soccer moms and kids all over the place. I want to meet 240sx owners aswell. I also dont want it to be some 4hr get together. I can do that @ the club.

Why dont we meet @ the Dave And Busters lot in GWINNETT. Its close to the Gwinnett Place Mall and its vacent. We can meet up and go driving. Especially if its a nice day. Lets leave the picnic thing for another time. My car will be ready to drive soon again. Im putting my VSLD in this weekend along with my bigt28. It will be fun. D1 is April 24TH AND 25TH in ATL. I hope you guys are going to that. Well thats just me.

tm_kickz - I think everyone else just wants to meet and check out the cars. however, there are lots of good roads right around the lake and the dam. If some of the folks want to make a run up to the suches mountain loop, that would be cool too. maybe we can organize a subsequent mountain run on the same day to start after a cookout.

i don't know if you know the area well, but nuckolls and samples roads that run between sr20 and buford dam road are awesome. way curvy...

here is where they are (highlighted).

When did you want to do this?

There are not a whole lot of cops, just the regular numbers. And those roads are 2 lane and sorta private. There are lots of roads like that around here. I am working on the plan for the picnic. I may plan a mountain run afterwards. The picnic grounds cost 75 to reserve but the one i scoped out has 62 parking spaces. lined up next to the covered picnic area. I may have to make this a paying event to cover the reservation. I am sure everyone can afford 5-10 bucks if we want to supply burgers and hotdogs and stuff. It may take a week or so to plan, but I will keep you guys informed as to my progress.

I do not want this to go by the wayside. This seems really cool.

We will be meeting on national parks land, so everyone needs to be on their best behavior or they will be dealt with swiftly so we don't get pitched.

How many folks are up for a cheap paying event if you get fed?

I need at least 10 people that are willing to donate 10 bucks to the cause. That will get the donator a prime parking space in the middle of the picnic area, guaranteed food and soda, and an "Event Organizer" sticker for both you and your car.

Here is the deal, email me at chaddhall@@@@@charter.net (remove the extras) with a subject line of "Event Organizer". When I get 10, I will start planning the event with those folks and the we can make the details public.

Sound ok?
