i'll have to pull the fendor well plastic which involves pulling about 5 or so clips which won't be too bad. I'll post pics when i get around to it. as far as replacing the battery, yeah it will be a bit more work, but i'm happy it wasn't thrown in the already little trunk and the more weight up front with the turbo on this car the better. it's really hard to keep the tires hookin' up when stomping the gas in 2nd and 3rd gear.

a quick little short story for entertainment purposes only. kids, don't try this at home or anywhere except the track or a controlled envment meant for racing.
a fella in a 06 or better white 350z today came flying up on my right side and was trying to cut in and out of traffic. me being the considerate guy that i always am didn't slow down to offer him any room to cut me off and i could tell the guy was in a hurry because he kept glaring at me wanting me to speed up so he could get behind me or slow down so he could have a wide open lane as the car in front of him and i both were going the speed limit nearly side by side with me hanging about a half car length back. All three of us pull up to a stop light and the car in front of the z turns right giving the z plenty of room to do as he pleases. he looked over a couple times, but there was no challenging each other going on between either of us. the light turns green and we both take off fast, but by no means wide open. we both keep accelerating faster until the z decided to stomp it and put the altima behind him where it belongs, but that was far from what happened haha. i gave him the jump, we were both in second and he took off well before me, but never got more than a length ahead of me before i pulled him in and easily blew past the poor guy about half way thru 3rd gear. i never shifted fourth, i was already going about 15 over the speed limit and decided to end it before something bad happened. the guy in the z caught up threw me a bird and then slammed down the gas again taking off leaving the altima in his rear view (where it belongs)
