Are you adding more wires to the kit?

Maybe 1. The 2nd grounding point is already taken care of based on the design I have now.

You mean like opaque white? I think so, but I have to warn you that you'll constantly be cleaning it.

There's a company I know of that has a pearl white jacket. It looks awesome, but the actual wire is an aluminum/copper alloy which is kind of pointless.

Holy Crap, I'm out for a week or so because of emergency back surgery and I almost missed the boat!

I'm definitely in on this one! Please put me down for matte red!

Ok,.so you're only adding 1 more wire to the kit because you found that one of the two remaining points were already taken care of right? SOrry if this was mentioned already but just reconfirming for my goldfish memory. The kit is $55

Blake,Do you have this installed on your ride yet and if so, how does it look against the SFR turbo? Can the wires be ran around so its not hanging all over the piping. I know you had to relocate your battery to the trunk so I'm guessing your's is gonna be a little different than the rest of us non-turbo coupes.

Put me down for matte red as well! I'd like to see more pictures though...The one picture with the grey, the engine bay looks more messy and disorganized than I thought it would be

Dangeris,

The kits are $55 + shipping. Red is going to be higher. I think I quoted the difference somewhere in this thread...Like $62 or $65 something like that. I'll have to look at my numbers. I just happen to get the blue and gray at a great price and the wire is to notch.

The matte red is also awesome wire, just not as inexpensive.

To confirm what you said...yes. The ECM and TCM are all bundled up under the hood. Nissan did some weird stuff with your Altis. They're the only Nissan/Infiniti I've seen so far with that design. Very similar to my wife's Celica.

I'm still going to work on making the kit better, but that might not happen for a while. If I do, upgrade kits will be available. The two options are increased grounding and a big 3 add-on in honor of the Doc

Blake does not have a kit yet. I'm not sure why...oh yeah that's right because he hasn't called me yet We're going to have to do something sort of custom for him seeing how his battery is in the trunk

I'll be going through the thread and marking off who wants red and who wants blue. Then I'll put it in a list in the first post.

I know this sounds horrible, but actually placing an order will speed up the process. I have a spool of gray on hand. I've been putting off buying the red and blue because I only have one person committed so far (they pre-paid).

Itsjustbusiness,

Sounds Good Sentientbydesign! Are the red kits ready to go or are you still taking pre-orders before the kits are made? Either way, if you want to shoot me out an invoice via paypal, I'll pay it as soon as I get it.

RED KIT WILL ALL BE PRE-ORDERS

My source for the Red wire doesn't sell it in spools, just by the foot. As such, I need pre-orders on this. The more the better, because the prices drops a little on larger orders.

I'm going to take the plunge and just buy a spool of blue. It's not cool that they raised the price on me, but I'm going to keep it the same for all of you.

Hi Sentient,

Kinda new here, and I'd be interested in a red kit for my 08 3.5 Coupe. Can you email me a price/invoice so I can pay you or is there a better way to contact you.

Sorry if I'm cluttering the forum, but I'm not sure how best to message you.

Cheers

INstalled my grounding kit today... will get pics up tomorrow... can't say I notice a difference, but part of that has to do with my already upgraded engine ground and battery negative ground...

ground points I used were...

1. 0 gauge engine block ground2. o gague battery negative to chassis3. small looping engine to engine ground4. Throttle body to transmission 5. ECU to transmission ground6. ECU to battery negative7. transmission to chassis

**Correction**

As you guys know, I would be the LAST person to make claims regarding this kit if they weren't true... all I know is,. before the kit, I was getting about 355-370 miles on a full tank after resetting the trip meter and cruising on cruise control for a few minutes after I filled up the tank...

AFter the grounding kit, I got about 405 miles on a full tank... not a coincidence... on the grounding kit regarding MPG...
