Depends a lot on your negotiating skills. I opted to put all of my local dealerships in a bidding war and came out on top since I could care less which dealership I bought them from.
I paid $23,287 out the door for a 2.5 CVT /w covenience package. I don't know what's the deal with Florida but I don't think you can beat VPP (employee discounting) with just your negotiating skills... Unless you finance, which of course, you pay more than you sign for ultimately. If what people are saying is true, then that would mean I would've gotten a better deal without going to a Nissan worker to get a VPP code, which then, I would have to present to the dealer, which then, they go through the process of showing me invoice price and such. Again, I highly doubt that.
BUT!!! If you really talked down 5k... Great for you... Really, I fail as an Asian.
