Got an '08 A/C in August with about 28k miles on it for $21,400 out the door with an extended warranty. Sticker price was $19,900, and I got them down to $18,000. This dealership was full of punks; I kid you not. Arrogant, rude f*ckers.

My grandfather had called them a week ago looking for a 3.5 MT for me. He talked to one of the new guys, who was happy and eager to help. When I got to the dealership, apparently the "employee of the month" stole this sale from the "new guy."
Both days were full of them cursing at each other in Arabic under their breath as they walked by one another. The car got dented on the door and scratched down to the metal on the rear bumper, between the day I test drove and the day I bought it. Of course they refused to admit they moved it, let alone scratched it. I caught them in their lies. I used it to leverage my offer, and get them to certify the car and fix the dings on the door. But they wouldn't budge on the scratches and the price, claiming they would be losing money if they dropped it at all. This dealership has to be the worst of the worst. Terrible reviews; worth less than a penny lying in garbage juice on a hot summer's day. Here are the reviews:

After being led to the sales office, the car was pulled up beside the glass for me to drool over. I was forced to wait another 20 minutes, while the "employee of the month" took his break. When he got back, I told him I would pay $16k cash, and asked that he ask his manager if they can drop the price. He comes back to tell me he was able to drop it... to $19,600.
I argued with them for at least an hour, and demanded to them to find out who scratched the car. I went outside and finally met the manager who purchased the car. He went down to $19k. My mother was furious, yelling at me to dump this car and go home while I talked to him. I convinced him that these scratches weren't present. He dropped down to $18k now, but wouldn't fix the scratches, still insisting that's how he bought it. At this point, I asked him to fix at least the more expensive of the two problems. He agreed to do the dings, claiming that the bumper was cheaper to paint. But my mother was furious, yelling and screaming for me to dump this car and leave. I asked to talk to this younger manager in private (there was now a crowd of 6 or 7 salespeople). I explained that I was being loaned this money, and the final decision was not up to me. He said that he understood, but couldn't do anything. I began walking away, and heard him mumble "Okay, I'll do it" but I kept walking. He then yelled "Okay, I'll fix it!" I turned around and gestured that I would be a minute. I talked to my mom, came back and went inside to buy the car.
It was around 2PM in the afternoon by this time. I had arrived around 11:30AM. The two salespeople who initially tried to sell me on the car, were ignoring me. When they walked by each other, man did I feel unwelcome. This was a hot summer day, and we waited and waited to meet with the finance guy. I was paying cash damnit, why do I need to meet with the finance guy? An hour went by. Finally the sales guy came by with some forms for us to fill out. Then another hour. I went to go find water, but the water cooler barely worked and there were no cups. I asked one sales guy for some cups; waited 15 minutes and nothing. I asked another guy for cups: nothing. By this time my grandfather went to the bathroom to drink water from their sink. I swear to you, 45 minutes went by from the time I first asked someone for cups, and when I received 2 paper cups (there were 3 of us!).
I was the last f*king person to see the finance guy, even though we were paying in cash. People who got in after me were drove off way before I did. We were getting ignored while these ***holes talked and chatted away right in front of us in Arabic, and at times appeared to be cursing at one another. I guess I don't really know what they said, but I felt very uneasy. We were all dying to go home at this point, and this finance guy had to try and upsell the extended warranty. I bought it, knowing I could return it pro-rated. I honestly didn't know what kind of shape this car was in. I was out the door at 6:30PM. 7 hours with no food, and very little water. What a terrible experience. I drove out having paid about $21,400. The extended warranty cost just under $1,800.
Let me tell you, I am not racist; far from it. However, if I ever need to go the dealership, I will go out of my way to another location so that I don't have to deal with them.
