Alien VS Predator... who do you put your money on?

Alright Guys (and girls), I need some help. Me and a group of friends have had an ongoing argument. Its been a year and a half, and we have still to agree on anything. Here it is:

You are sitting outside a raquetteball court (the fully enclosed ones) and inside are:

1. Fully grown, average Alien. This is the regular alien found in Part three of the Alien trilogy, not the Queen or the dog one in part two.

2. A regular Hunter Predator. He is completely naked (maybe a loincloth if its too hard to picture) except for the claw thing they use. No other assistance including the cloak and the view enhancing doodoo.

There is nothing else in the room and it is very well lit.

Who do you think will make it out alive?

Please answer without bias and try to explain your decision. I will post my opinion after some other entries.Who will win in a fight to the finish???

I've read the books and a pred hunter will easily take care of a single alien. Especially with his wristblades. He'll tear him apart slowly probably cut its legs off then let it crawl over to him and then cut its head off and put it on its back as a trophy.

now throw a couple more aliens and the pred is Neon salad.

oh, hehe, didnt fully read the post. i think the alien would win. the preds are good but only with the tech stuff. without it, even just using the claw, hes toast. if youmatched a fully loaded pred with an alien, the alien would be toast.

Actually, I retract my statement. One on one an alien would win. Hell, if Danny Glover can kill one, an alien sure as hell better be able to.

Yes when is this movie coming out? Anyone got any info on it? I've been waiting for this since I was like 13.

Read the fan-fiction books. The Predators hunt the Aliens (Hard Meat) for sport. The only greater prey is the Soft Meat or "Oomans" (us). Predators always win, though they may get jacked up a bit.

in a confined space like a raquetball court, alien would probably have the advantage.

1) greater reach (swinging tail) 2) faster/more agile 3) more weapons (tail/claws/teeth) 4) acid blood

even if the predator were to wound/incapacitate the alien, the blood spray would probably ***** up the predator pretty badly in such a small space (no, predators aren't immune to alien blood), especially if the predator is naked!

intelligence of the predator doesn't really apply here. . . it's not like it could plot out some complicated scheme to ambush the alien or something. it's a confined room. basically a no-holds-barred brawl. . .

if you give the predator its usual assortment of weapons then the playing grounds would even out drastically. . .

Would have to say the Alien also ... In that area at least. All it would have to do is take one leap at the predator and slash, bite , whip its tail and the predator is done...If the predator manages so much as a scratch on the alien The Acid will kill him...Personally Im rooting for the predator in the movies though.

the predator cuz if the predator is naked, the alien will see the predator's private parts and start running away and while its running, he can just slice and dice him from the back

In the ACTUAL books not FANFICTION... yes the predators do hunt aliens for sport and make a safari out of those *****es... They ARE immune to alien blood... it wont make a hole right through them it just burns their skin but when it joins with pred blood its acidic attributes cancel out. They purposely burn marks on their forehead with alien blood after they kill their first kiamde Amedha(ALIEN)... to signify that they are now BLOODED warriors... in other words... real mean, or preds.

Go down to ur local Barnes&Noble and pick up AvsP: Prey. Best book in the series IMHO.

aliesn aren't all the same, nor are predators, I'm sure just like humans, there are some betters (at killing/fighting) ones there are some not so good ones - I think alien would win unless the predator was a kickass predator - kinda like how Arnold was a BEAST in the movie compared to other humans.

Predator has waaaayyyy too many weapons and armor. From what I gather, the predator's intelligence level is right up there with us humans. The aliens are about as smart as a glass of water. Besides, Batman owns them both! Anyone seen the movie short with Batman taking on both the Aliens and Predators?
