Checked on the fuse under the hood....my roommate put it in the wrong spot. I put it in the right spot and the car now starts again. Apparently she moved the motor blower fuse mistakenly. THE CAR STARTS NOW Thanks Paul!

Your business practices are unbelievable to me. I mean really. Someone here suggested I take my car to T3. I didn't even know what T3 was. And upon visiting the site I was totally amped up and ready to take my car there. I knew it would be more then a mechanic since I would have to spend more to get my car towed to T3 before even paying the diagnostics. It's close to my house, but not that close. Mechanics will come to me for an extra $10 on the repairs. So I called.Q45tech wrote:I received an email that someone called at 6:20pm trying to not pay diagnostic fee and didn't think our $85 per hour was a bargain. The used a clue word that set off Nico alarms.
I use certain words that a typical customer would never use so staff knows they are from Nico or other sites I moderate and prepares to be flexible.
When you deal with preachers, teachers, elected officals, pimps, their stable and nude dancers plus plain average folks you learn flexibility.
However "let's make a deal" is avoided.
OMG can we please get off this? Now you want to point out your work history with minorities? None of my car issues have anything to do with my sex or race. And for the record, your history with minority churches, schools or teachers helps me in no way when you are being an a** to ME. Since when have you received bad customer service from a company that was recommended to you and then said "Oh well, they have great relationships with minorities so I'll spend my money there anyway."??? Customer service is based on the service given to ME as the potential CUSTOMER.Q45tech wrote:YOU WERE SPEAKING WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER OF ALL 3 SHOPS [who happened to answer on his way out] and yes the email said a woman called.
Maybe you should record your phone conversations and relisten and review them because you may be saying things that others are misunderstanding.Same with forums you may be typing things that others are misunderstanding .It could be cultural misunderstandings or just your way of dealing with a painful world.
I am not angry or out to get anyone just the converse or I wouldn't have wasted [SERVED] 10,000+ hours of my life here over the past 7 years. Just one thing in mind lowering the cost of ownership and maintaining Q45.
T3 I'm sure will be happy to service your vehicle, assuming you agree to a fair compensation.

I hope I'm being clear as to my personal feelings concerning women and minorities.
If I was unwilling to learn how to fix my car myself, would I really still be here asking questions?? Your statement makes no sense.maxnix wrote:The issue is not gender nor ethnic status (for me, anyway), it is just plain erroneous assumptions, uncritical and inaccurate observation, and an unwillingness to learn. That is an agenda for failure in anything in life.
It is difficult to listen when one's mouth is always open. It is difficult to learn when one's mind is closed because one already knows what the answer should be.
Thank you Paul! I'm going to print this out and give it to the mechanic. I didn't realize I'd have to disassemble to so much and I want to make sure it's done back correctly lol.Paul Wall wrote:If you want to fix the darlington resitor or at least replace it with a know good one see this topic: zerothread?id=439574.

Just finished taking a look at the fuses. There wasn't a 30A fuse in the Anti Skid box. So I moved the TCS to the Anti SKid. I remember there being one in the AS before. But I wish I had taken a photo before letting my roomate try different fuses as one was already in the wrong place. I now guess I'm going to need a fuse in the TCS spot. The photo below is what it looks like as of right now.Q451990 wrote:
Oh wow... this thread is getting more painful by the minute!
The ABS light is probably due to a fuse in the wrong place in the engine bay fuse box. If you look in the slots for the fuses you will notice that the active slots have metal connectors in them - the others do not.
On mine it's labeled "Anti Skid" and is a 20Amp yellow fuse. Not sure if it's the same on your '94 or not. In any case, look for the "Anit Skid" fuse and make sure it's in the right place.

Depends on if you have TCS. I don't see any spots that are missing fuses - you can tell because there are no metal pins there for the fuses to bridge.upenzi wrote:There wasn't a 30A fuse in the Anti Skid box. So I moved the TCS to the Anti SKid. I now guess I'm going to need a fuse in the TCS spot.
No need for that word, I like to pretend woman don't do that and the other nasty things they do.qship96 wrote:be sure to bring plenty of toilet paper for the serious case of diareaha you will get when you see how long the list of defects and repair costs needed.
