Car is obviously misfiring in the video... later engine dyno produced 765hp on 36 psi of boost pressure.

Yep, that was most definitely compressor surge, not some "mad tite!" BOV.

huh? ill watch it again. i thought it was his "mad tite" bov! maybe i just jumped to conclusions because mine sounds that way. well crap now you have me thinking im getting surge. thats impossible, im on the stock t25 and i only get that on blow off(recirc). the sounds are just similar eh?

You may just need to adjust the BOV if you're surging. It's hard to say if we can't hear it.

You can get compressor surge on the T25, I get sometimes and I'm only at 8psi.

really, i would think that the engine would pretty much always outflow the turbo. that is with a t25. i keep my bov really loose because its recirculated.

It's pretty normal...not much you can do about it especially when you're running ungodly amounts of boost. I get surge btw...14psi, stock t25
