it's been done on one s13 that i read about, it was on e-bay, and it was lifted about 4inches.plz dont do it unless you know wht your doin. i would just buy an awd to start with.

I wouldn't try converting a rwd platform to awd, it's like a dog getting "fixed", they just arent the same afterwards..

OPI think what everyone is saying

spend 20k (~30k NZ) and buy a gtr or spend 25-40k (~60k NZ) to make one out of an s chassis and still have questionable issues.

If you take the money that you would like to modify your s14 and put it into a GTR you will be much better off financially in the end.

...but if you have that kinda cash flow then you do what you want with it. When it was done (if done well) everyone would talk about how cool it is and they would praise your car...blah blah blah...

seeing that your from new zealand or whatever im sure its easier to get a GTR than it is to get one here in the states.

Id say either get a gtr or you can get the FULL RACE setup.http://www.full-race.com/r14/s...n.php theres a link to their site.

It's was featured in Modified Mag a while back. I'm pretty sure Full Race spent a lot of $$$$ to get an s14 to this point. Definitely better to just buy an authentic Skyline

dont forget, theres also the WRX STi, the LanEVO, eclipse spyder, or eagle talon tsi. all of which where awd & turbocharged. And i'm pretty sure they would all be cheaper then a skyline over there.well meh beh not cheaper than an r32 - iunno how much stuff costs over there.

id love to see a stock eclipse spyder that was awd not all talons were awd. they were just like the eclipse you have NA fwd, turbo fwd, turbo awd, NA spyder fwd(eclipse), turbo spyder fwd(eclipse). i would like to see you find an eclipse or eagle talon outside of North America. DSM= built for the states

even over here, the awd eclipses are a small percentage of the all the turbo models..so the the GSX is the rare of the rare

This conversion would cost tons of money. I know there are already threads that talk about the basics of it. Just search for your answers.

i disagree... lmao oh god im gonna get flamed. dont get me wrong i love skylines for everything they get and s chasis dont. they are a car classes above ours, but i have grown to thinking a s14 kouki looks alot more sexy then a r32 or r33. So if i could stuff all the gt-r into a s14 chasiss, i totally would. cause lets be honest im never gonna have the money for a r34 hehe. oh and to the op go check out full races site they are selling the setup. just call them.edit: and please ****ing type with full words at least.

Wow, some people are just a**holes. This has been done to plenty of s13's, and s14's all over the world.. I can't believe they're actually making a conversion for this though, seems a little strange.. I don't need my front wheels to have power, kinda ruins the fun of the whole rwd thing.. rwd>awd>fwd... as far as FUN factor goes.
