I provided him my ID rather than my account as I provided that on my last call. After gathering all the needed information, he said "let me check, can I put you on hold?" He came back and confirm that I purchased my EX at the end of September and my 3 month trial is about to expire. I said that was incorrect, and my dealer said that I would have to call when I was ready to begin using my service, and it was to be for 36 months. He repeated and said "Let me check", and he put on hold. He came back and said he was looking for the package, but could not find it. I made small talk while I waited. Put me back on hold and returned to say he found it, and he should have me all set here in a few..
Worked and set for 36 months from today as well :-) Early gift for me.. Saved me three hundred bucks...
