Wow, that Ocean Blue is HOT! I think I like it better than my Precision Grey. Rarity FTW!

Btw- I'm wondering if it's an error as well... They go into detail of the different packages on page 26 and the Leather Package says HIDs, but they left out the projector part...

I think you are reading to much into that...

If you look, it says the HIDs are Standard, but it ALSO says the Halogen are standard...huh? haha Alll on that page 23.

Cheers to Limited Edition Azure Blue Altima Coupe!
its like a 120 page PDF file, that looks official to me. Just because the word projectors is even mentioned, it already gives me hope. We'll see, its a weeek away.

I Love that Crimson Black color, that is what I was going to paint mine, well similar, my 350Z was a Brickyard Touring Model and I loved that color and I was ready to pull the trigger and get the A/C painted, but we all took 5% pay cuts (just restored) and to be honest, I was afraid to spend the cash, now I want a 2010...oh well I guess I can still get mine painted at some point

Must be another typo but it says that the 2.5 comes with 17 inch wheels, but the tires are 215 60 r16. but definitly looking forward to seeing red interior.

why would Nissan try and copy the 3rd gen pre face lift? they should have done what they did with the 3rd gen altimas face lift. smoke the head lights, put a nice grill, etc.

looks like the 05's.. with the rounded front. i like this better than the current. Thats why i went with a coupe.. the new 1s look retarded..(pre-'10) and yea u can say they are basically the same, but i can tell they are not.. the small details count for me. lol

is it just me or does it look a little shorter and has a slight maxima feel to it regarding the front bumper? and the grill looks like it tried to copy the coupe's mustache., dont know how i fee about this new look, but i do agree with the rims, looks alot nicer.

Altima is also getting the NEXT GENERATION navi system, The only other cars to get it is 370Z roadster, Murano, and Maxima .... its interface will look like the old DVD based navi system but it will have the 40GB hard drive (30gb useable) and 7" HD thouch screen, with all the new bells and whistles, while incororating what is considered the best looking interface system ever (the original joy stick type system)

definitive info guys:

2010 Altima Lineup....A Fresh Look For The New Model Year

All Altima models receive updated styling and new standard and available features for 2010

The Altima has a sharp new look for 2010. The styling update is particularly noticeable from the front, where the bumper, grille, and hood have been redesigned. The rear license plate finisher and aluminum-alloy wheels also have been restyled.

Inside, fabrics and accents have been updated, including changes to the automatic transmission finisher, instrument gauges, and cloth seat stitching.

New fuel economy ratings result in a 1 mpg improvement in highway mileage estimates for both the 4-cylinder and V6 engines. For the V6 engine, regular fuel is now recommended instead of premium.

Feature upgrades are another important part of the story for 2010. For example, Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) is now standard on all trim levels.

Altima also offers the next-generation Nissan Hard Drive Navigation System, which replaces the previous DVD-based system. It adds new features including XM NavWeather™ real-time weather reports, a 9.3GB Music Box, a USB port to connect an iPod® or other portable device, streaming audio via Bluetooth®, DVD playback, and an expanded point-of-interest (POI) database that even includes the Zagat® restaurant guide.

A new 4.3-inch color display and a USB port with iPod® connectivity are included on vehicles equipped with the Bose® audio system.

Two additional changes simplify the Altima Sedan lineup. The 3.5 SL is discontinued, and all sedans come equipped with Xtronic CVT. Altima Coupe is still available with a choice of 6-speed manual transmission or Xtronic CVT.

On both the Sedan and Coupe, the sporty 3.5 SE trim level has been renamed 3.5 SR. The 3.5 SR Coupe models with manual transmission come equipped with the Leather and Premium packages.

Altima Coupe gets unique projector beam headlights and an available red leather interior. These new features help differentiate the Coupe from the Sedan, and give Altima Coupe a more aggressive and sporty appearance.

wow boy does it SUCK for altima sedan owners...no more manual transmissions!!!! wow wow wow. sucks big time for future sedan owners.

but for coupe owners, WOW! SOO NICE! RED FREAKING LEATHER INTERIORS AND PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS!plus manual transmission only with the top spec car. manual for the elite haha (lol jk)

can't WAIT to see pics of the car and the red interior.

nissannews already has setup the page for the altima coupe but their isn't any pic available:http://www.nissannews.com/imag...mid=1

also the regular fuel instead of premium is VERY WELCOMED lol. makes the 2.5L engine almost useless.

Hey guys. I was considering buying a new 2009 altima coupe, but after hearing that the 2010 is coming out soon I decided to wait for that. I was getting 0% financing for 36 months on the 09 though...I don't know if I will qualify for anything with the 2010 or if it will even have any rebates....am I making the right choice by waiting for the 2010 model? Do you guys think the price of the 2010 for both 2.5s and 3.5sr will be much higher than that of the 09?

Now it also seems they will be having a super black and a crimson black ..... I hate choices :|

I see. And if I didn't really care for any of those new features (maybe projector headlights), then there isn't much of a difference between the 09 and 10 ? I think the front of the car has changed in the 2010 model....I'm waiting patiently for some proper pictures of the 2010. I believe they are set to be released today? Or was that just the info you pasted above that was going to be released?

Yeah... the front does look lot better~. Only after 2 year of owning this car... my car's look is already outdated. More reason for me to headover to dealership and pick up the Z.

But... I'm not really feeling the back. The low black part of rear bumper is now color matched to rest of the car.
