as big a corporation as MotoRex is, it'd never work out, they'd end up winning for sure

Why wouldn't the next importer charge the same price as Motorex and keep the high profit margin? Even if there were 20 people doing it it's still going to cost a lot more than any of you people would really want to spend. That's the problem with grey market.....

found another concept shot of the R35 GT-R

looks like the 2001 Tokyo Auso Salon concept on steroids!

Well if a new company rose up to compete against Motorex, wouldnt they want to have cheaper prices than them? If more companies rose up they would most likely lower their prices to compete with each other. It may not be as much as we want it to be, but it would be better than motorex.

Yeah, this is my absolute favorite. . I can't understand why they wouldn't WANT to make this.

There morons. For the 2005 they better not make any drastic changes. Maybe they will have one of the concept Skylines in Gran Tourismo 4.

This is the best concept I've seen so far. Dunno about that hood though, a bit on the busy side.

That "super sexy one" is totally h0m0, looks WAY too bubbly and the nose doesnt even look agressive, its all super tapered/cut off. Looks like an Acura sedan or something. UGLY!

A balance of smoothness AND edges is best me thinks, that car has like no noticable edges.

this does look nice, but you realize for the USDM version, it will need reflective orange lights on the front, and red on the back (sides). . I think it'll end up looking like *** when they slap some lights on there.

Quote »US version? hahaha! you wish[/quote] you know, i take that back :D after taking a closer look i realised that Concept 2 (http://66.159.200.48/skyline/r35_02.html) is left-hand-drive. maybe nissan is planning to bring it to the US.

id like to see them bring it over, you know its going to sell, hell the Z took off like a rocket and sells amazingly, im sure the skyline would have similar sales numbers, if it was priced right, and they need to price it right around 45k for it to sell like crazy, that will put it right in the realm of the zo6, and with the power that im hearing it will produce, the evo8 and STi wont be a match

Well and also considering it's 150% the price of an Evo 8 or STi, it won't compete with either.

this is true, im just estimatin it will be about the same price as the GT-R in japan right now, honestly, with all of hte platform sharing nissan is doing, it should be cheaper, they already have the chassis from the G35, which starts at 32k, throw a couple turbo's on it, and it shouldnt be more than 8k more or so, so perhaps the price will be more competitive, aound 4o-45k, that would be awesome, that would make it cheaper than teh zo6 which i think will be its main competitor
