1jz-gte engine in a 240sx?

Are you sure you're not talking about YOUR SR and NOT the RB25?. I don't see any SR's making nearly 600RWHP with completely stock heads now do you? Exhaust manifold? what about it?
I know of one sr20det powered fd3s that was making 545 on pretty much stock everything if that counts for something. The 1jz is just a superior engine, get over it.

If you are going to spend that much money in all that needs to be done just for a 1jz, you might as well just get an RB26DETT, there is your superior engine.

I did not mention the 1jz in my post. I mentioned the SR20, because of that misinformed post.That SR20 FD? SRX-1? Stock everything?how about:Mods: Stock bottom end Greddy head Gasket ARP Head Studs HKS 264 step 2 cams HKS RAS HKS Valve Springs

hardly even close to stock When I said STOCK I ment STOCK. The SR free floating rocker type valve train is pathetic compared to the RB/CA cam on Bucket valve train.
