You will have much more peaceofmindinyourcar if you concetrate on remedying the deferred maintenance by restoring the car to as new OEM specifications first before worrying about driveway appearances.peaceofmindinhim wrote:Thank you much, and any advice would be much appreciative!

I just have a quick question for you mate. How come everytime someone asks a question about styling, or stereo, or something along those lines, rather than actually help them you go on about restoring the car to as new OEM specifications?maxnix wrote:You will have much more peaceofmindinyourcar if you concetrate on remedying the deferred maintenance by restoring the car to as new OEM specifications first before worrying about driveway appearances.
If you are more about static looks rather than dynamic performance, do check out the Very Impaired Performance "styling" Forum as they know know everything about the many colors of liptick available for a pig and parking lot looks. High churn rate there as their cars deteriorate into permamnent drive way ornaments.
BTW, the proper name for a base model is Standard, and the main important thing it is lacking is the rear a model anti-sway bar.

Because his life sucks and he is miserable so he tries to make everyone else's life just as terrible. He doesn't like anyone to be different from the norm and he believes every ones car is falling apart and needs maintenance 24/7.spunkrat wrote:

That is the eventual outcome I am looking for - which is, in all essence, a Nissan President.
If I'm not mistaken, the frame is the same (G50), so, along with the body kit, I would need to purchase the lights, grill, hood, door guards, and side mirrors.
Any thoughts?

That is mista808's Q. When it comes to these mods, check out the link to the VIP Sub-Forum (linked in my sig and maxnix's first reply to this thread). The kits you want are extremely nice. If I'm not mistaken there's a great VIP specialist in CA called Auto Fashion. You should look to them for importing/purchasing these parts.peaceofmindinhim wrote:Ok,
I did find this website which lists a lot of Q45 body kits.

I do realize he used a lot of parts from the Nissan President (grill, hood ornament, rear paneling, etc).
