Can he take 1000? Yes. Anyone can take money from an uninformed customer :P Can he get a US VIN? I highly doubt it. I know Night, I don't know his connections, but I would not trust him for the life of me. Think about it...what is emissions compliance? He can take the car down any old emissions shop and have it tested. Say what? The car passed? Hey, looky here...emissions compliant paperwork! What a joke. Can he get a US VIN? Sure probably off any wrecked 240. All in all every move he makes is illegal and he lies straight faced.

indirectly you can say it is illegal. One like has been said he isnt an RI, so how can he resell it. 2)He is saying in his ad that he will get a VIN and emissions compliance for 1000. Talk to your state patrol or whatever for registration. BUt as was pointed out, you cant claim the similar car thing or whatever anymore. False advertising is illegal. He is making it sound like you pay money for this illegal car, give him a G more and boom go to your state poilce to register it. LOL

He has claimed in the past over the phone that he can legalize JDM cars, that was a big lie. Swift's point and my point is that he lies to sell cars. He can get the cars to the US in shady manners that cannot be trusted. He requires 2000 upfront, and if his little operation is stopped before you receive your car, your sunk.

If you really want a damn 180sx import one for parts. Buy a shell and put all the stuff into it. Hell put your doors what ever you believe makes said 180sx so much better than just putting the damn engine into a 240sx. I know this isn't quite on topic but seems to be the best soulution to the problem.

See some lesee it that way. Would you rather have a skyline or a RB25 or 26 in say a 240. Would you rather have a JDM 180sx or sr20 in a 240?? Some people get caught up in the RHD, 180sx windows and "prestige" that would come along with that. Why are 180sx popular. For the body...LOL It would be smart to just get the engine or whatever, but you know it is....

Night can't legally import the car in the first place get it through your dumb skull. Since he can't he hides the cars in crates (like I've heard from many a trusted sources). That's how he gets the crate out of port because Customs doesn't even know the car is there. If they did the car wouldn't be released in the first place because Night is not an RI. Night is the only one who could release it anyways since it's imported in his name. But he can't and he knows he can't, so he hides the car capiche?

Yes I didn't go through an RI, but since the company I went through therefor can't legally claim it, I have to. But since I'm not reselling it I can jump that loophole. If you knew anything about importing you will know what I have done. I know you don't know what I have done (and it's legal), so I'm also assuming you don't know much about importing. first of all, i kno night cant import the car legally.second of all, i took it as the car was eitehr in japan or at customs and he was selling it to you .. for you to register. i did no tkno he has it hidden somewhere in the woods where he illegally snucked it out.
