I thought the Altima and G series don't share platform. As I recall the only Nissan car to share with a Infiniti car is the 350Z with the G. Or is there something I am not aware of?

i got the 6MT, because all of my cars before that had been automatics for the convience in traffic and i regretted it, i wanted the sportier and more control of the 6MT.

Hmm, I've heard folks comment about how much faster the G35 is than the A/C! while this is apparently true for the '07 G35 manual (293hp), I just realized that the '07 G35 automatics had only 275 HP.... I wonder how this would pan out with the injen intake on the A/C. Probably about dead even huh? You may be able to crank out and extra 5 horses with an intake in the cold early morning! Just a thought.

Don't forget the biggest difference between the two cars!G35 = RWDA/C = FWD

Yeah. I think a G35 would be more fun to drive, just for the simple fact that a rear wheel drive is typically more fun to drive, drifting, etc
