next time that happens, go get a few friends and just pick it up and move it over haha. im sure its light enoughMinisterofDOOM wrote:I have a covered parking spot at my apartment. The cover is supported by pillars that "span" two spots. I'm in a "left" spot, with pillars on my left. There's a normal yellow line separating the spot to my right, then more pillars.
A new resident recently moved in and got the spot next to mine. The guy drives a 1st gen Kia Sportage (which tells you something about the guy on it's own). For those who've never taken the time to look at one of these (I've driven them) they're microscopic...about the size of the old Chevy Trackers.
This guy has nearly twice his car's width to park in, and he parks ON (not next to, not near, ON) the yellow line between the spaces. Most of the time his front wheels are cocked left, with the tire intruding into my space.
Normally I wouldn't be bothered, but:A) The Q is relatively bigB) The "road"/lane/drive from which one turns to enter our spots is really narrow, limiting approachC) Road width is further compounded by the spot across from mine (opposite side of the road, "facing" mine) being occupied by a crew cab full size pickup.D) For the 1.5+ years I've lived in this apartment, I have made an effort every single time I've parked to get as close to "my pillars" (leaving as much room for the Sportage's spot) as possible. Two large-ish sedans and even a full size 4x4 truck for a while have parked in my spot, always leaving ample room for the neighbor. And yet this inconsiderate d!ck can't even spare the brainpower to move his damned clown car a few INCHES to the right. What a d!ck.
I HATE inconsiderate people. They fuel a passionate rage within me that not even the wrath of God himself could equal.
