i didnt even know there was a sequel, is it out yet? geez i hope it doesnt boost popularity of the 240 or nissan in general.

MY OPINION...the R33 shoulda been the "STAR" of the movie instead of the supra. skylines are the ****. i can't wait to see ****in tyrese drivin a honda in FandF2. i'm sure i'll go, but DAMN its gonna suck. and they're gonna need a sunroof for ludacris' hair...lol.

i was thinking the same thing about the skyline, it is the best supercar to come out of japan, i guess it takes more money to get one past a modded supra, but dont they have more potential?

I think what he's saying is that it takes more parts/money to get a Skyline to be able to beat a Supra. From a roll, Supras are about *****ing unstoppable, and easy to make that way. Skylines are fast as well, don't get me wrong (I'd rather have a Skyline), but they are generally slower than a Supra (from a roll).

yeah, i read some article where they were building a rb26dett up, spent somewhere around $27K and got it up to like 750hp with equal torque, they had to replace the bottom end of it and make it a 3 liter (power band was like a flat line tho). i have also read about skylines with 1100 hp...i dont know if this includes nitrous boost or not, they didnt have a detailed modification list. others reviews complained about the excessive weight of the skyline, but i have never seen it compared to the supra.

Take a can of spray paint or compressed air and spray it all out at one time... It comes out very cold, and the container gets cold as well.

If NOx was naturally "cold", you'd freeze your lips when you go to the dentist...

The pressurized container and the endo thermic reation of releasing it to the air is assumed in my statement AZ, I don't know anybody sells plastic bags of freon so don't rub yourself when thinking how much smarter than everyone else you are.jeez beep beep look out ego backing up!

There are very few fast Supras around here and I do love Skylines but I think I would have to agree that dollar for dollar the 2J is a lot easier to hop up and more durable than the RB26. I see thees guys in the states pounding 600+hp on the 2J stock bottom end, I would'nt try that with the RB. Are these guys grenading the supra motors frequently and we just don't here about it because RBs come loose all the time.

Well if your comment to me was meant as a constructive one and not some attempt to call me stupid (grammar not withstanding, thank you "edit" button)than certainly it was a freindly jab and don't care where they spray the Nitrous the car is fugly. If however Your comment was meant to be something else than, well there you go schee.

Both the Rb and 2JZ are great engines, Check out Veilside's R34 Skyline and Jun's JZA80. both insane machines, produced around 1300hp, the supra with twin T-78's, and the Skyline with twin GT3240's. But the only thing that would ever get me to kind of lean to the skyline is top secret's Rb-powered supra, never seen a 2JZ swap into a skyline. not knocking on the supra, I love that car. Just that if it came down to a choice between the two, I take a skyline. It's gotta something else to have its own class in the JGCTC.

I'll take one T78 or 3240! I'll put it in a YUGO if that's the condition!

Comment was simply to clarify for the noob's (several on the 240 board)... I'm much more direct when I choose to question one's intelligence.:D

What was up with the cover pic? There's some vapor exiting the left front bumper (on the side), looks like it was photoshopped in... I agree with the fugly part.

alrighty, I like direct, (BIG HUG, totally hetero of course). I'm actually glad you expanded on the statement, idiots would take it to mean pouring liquid nitrous on their intercooler is better than water. Has anybody tried firing 134 freon at the intercooler? I was thinking of giving it a try but I am not sure if it would leave residue behind or stains.

Isn't 134 Freon illegal to release into the atmosphere?

Unless you could contain it after spraying...

As far as I know it is environmentaly freindly. People are retrofitting the old R12(byebye ozone freon) systems with R134 so that would lead me to beleive it's ok? Anybody have the staight scoop on that. I really don't give a dam but I know some people do

Good so i was right... it would be good if we could somehow circulate freon through the intercooler with out having to vent it later...

I saw the worst thing in an Albertsons parking lot in Eugene Oregon...

a new yellow Ford Focus, with absolutely NO modifications, sporting the big gay stickers found the Fast/Furious Skyline...I mean those stickers were bad enough on a car that had the guts to back up ricy stickers, but a focus running the factory hub-caps!!?!This person should be confronted on Jerry Springer.

Please tell me people are not this stupid... please?!!?
