Let me give some background before i get into what exactly i need. All Wiring is complete, Lights up blows air all the sensors installed, motor hooked to bottom of airbox. Blower motor speed controller in.

Now for the questions:My Blend door actuator (hold/cold) is not working. I've read all i can and there just isnt a simple way on how to install it.

My aspirator tube is connected to the airbox, but where do i mount the end so the sensor will work?

I've read all the threads on this and these two things still have me

Maybe it's only me but it seems as if when my dcc is hooked up my car has a hard time adling. Will post a pic of it installed, thanks for looking

I'm sure OP checked all the write ups out there. You know you can have a bad air mix door motor. I had to open up mine and fix it. Did you test the motor before you mount it? It's not working or it's working but linkage got jammed or something. I've also seen a bad DCC main unit.

Do you have the cabin temp sensor plugged in ? If it is not the mix door motor will not do anything.

A good place to put the cabin temp sensor is behind the coin holder(o/d light is there in the auto car) just cut a few small slots in the front and do whats needed to glue the sensor to the back, and connect the hose between the aspirator and cabin temp sensor.

Is the aspirator along with the hose really needed if the sensor already has some slots so air could hit the sensor?

It help to get acurate readings of the temp in the car, not just the temp of the air that is currently just sitting around the sensor.(which is always warmer or cooler than the rest of the air in the car)

I have knoticed a differance in operation from my s13 with the aspirator hooked up and working and my s14 that just has the sensor plugged in and sitting in the cabin. In the s13 it would react very fast as the temp in the cabin changed and maintain the temp, on the s14 it gets to warm or to cold before it reacts so I usualy end up raising or lowering the set point to maintain a comfy temp.

No, you don't need the hose. You just need the sensor plugged in. Temp reading might be slightly off, but still DCC will function just fine.

So my thoughts were correct the cabin sensor is at the end of the aspirator tube. And you really dont need the hose plugged in?

You mean NOT getting that hot? ANyway, if your heater was working fone before, you need to check how motor and linkage work. You can see them moving from the passenger side.
