Ok, here are the pics. The electrical tape is around those 2 prongs. They slide into the clip. Mine were a little loose, but stayed. Make sure you disconnect the battery, and test them before taping them up. And don't let them touch!

The reason I never had a problem with those parts is because I did my install using an HID relay kit. I'm assuming you guys are connecting them to your car with no relay protection. With the HID relay, you don't use these parts that are a problem for you, you use the connectors that come with the relay kit and those connections fit like a glove.

I got it for about 20 bucks shipped on ebay. Just type, "hid relay kit" and look for a seller that has NY in his name. I think it's like NYdirect or something.
How hard is it to install the HID relay?? I installed the HID's myself for both the fogs and headlights so should I be able to install the relay as well?

Yes, you can do it yourself. It's simply a connection to the battery and then directly connects to the OEM harness on the driver's side. Then the relay is what you connect to your HIDs.

Question,

Would anyone happen to know where I can purchase a Xentec ballast? When I originally got this kit I did not buy a relay harness. Needless to say, my driverside headlight went out. I bought a relay harness to see if this would fix the problem and it didn't. I think the ballast is bad because I plugged in the bulb into the other side and it worked fine and vise versa.

I cannot get ahold of the dude on ebay where I purchased the Kit so I guess I need to order another ballast?! Help would be much appreciated!
